Unprofessional staff. Uber Eats drivers who deliver with non-car vehicles (aka bikes, scooters, etc) who like to make sure that drinks are properly sealed and/or secured so that they won't spill during transportation, avoid wasting your time trying to pick up from here, they will not work with you, they will not allow you to verify that the order is packed in a secure manner that you can feel comfortable transporting without it spilling or leaking, nor will they allow you to repack (nor will they repack for you); instead, they will hold on to the order (refusing to provide you with the order that you've been assigned to pick up) and call you a thief for having pride in doing your job right to the best of your abilities because you want to make sure that a cup of liquid won't cause you to lose money, possibly get a negative thumbs down rating, and also force you to have to return home to clean up the mess before you can get back out to work again. Again, if you're a delivery person doing deliveries with a non-car vehicle, avoid this place; picking up from here really isn't worth getting a bad rating or losing access to being able to deliver, picking up from this place isn't worth the very high probability of you being screwed. The particular incident mentioned above was a conflict with a black male who claimed to be the manager, so that says a lot about the place.    Read moreI ordered a FROZEN mocha but for some reason the second day ordering it from this location, I get an ice blended latte. As if it was not blended with enough ice. So I ask for it to be reblended and just add more ice. That’s all really nice and polite, the woman on staff INSTANTLY starts to debate me. telling me she Followed directions and I’m just okay well I’m telling you didn’t add enough ice for a frozen mocha because this is a latte. They did NOT fix the drink and because it was an online order refused to do the refund for the drink . which I called and got back instantly but it’s the principle. I live in this neighborhood trying to support and this is how yall treat customers when the mistake is on your end??? Like are the ingredients for these coffees coming out of their checks or something!?!?? Cause the people you have working at this location act like it !!!! All I wanted was a frozen mocha coffee.    Read moreI’m actually very disappointed to write this review, especially since this Dunkin’ is the one I’ve went to the most. I asked for a simple Chai Latte, and when I broke open the bag, I found the cup’s sip area already open with next to nothing inside of it.
There was a slight spill in the bag itself, but that doesn’t account for the rest of the drink being gone.
I will say that I did get this through delivery, so it crossed my mind that it might’ve been tampered. But unless the delivery man has the magical ability to unseal then seal the bag within 7 minutes, I highly doubt he was at fault.
