Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. I unfortunately try them out every couple months because they’re the closest one to my house. And they try to convince you that the orders they made incorrectly are actually fine and you’re the one who’s wrong. I ordered a frozen Matcha latte today. I go in. There’s one there that is iced. Two entirely different things. (And I only get Matcha there because their coffee is so abhorrent that it is not worth the risk. It usually looks like swamp water and they won’t fix it.) I asked him to remake it and he tried to tell me that iced is the same as frozen/blended. So he remade it exactly the same. I watched him pour it over ice. It wasn’t even worth it so I left. I opened my sandwich, it’s completely wrong. I guess it’s on me for continuing to give them a shot. I’m finally gonna stop. I’ll walk an extra 30 minutes or get delivery and pay an extra $15. Either of those are preferable to going back to this...

I've been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for over 5 years, and under the new management prices have went through the roof. Now though this is a franchised location and they are entitled to set whatever price they want, an egg and cheese is $4.34 while almost all other Dunkin Donuts offer it for $2.99-$3.29 after tax. They've also started to charge extra for caramel in your iced coffee which no location at all does. And there are many other items that are at the least 20% higher than most other franchisees. At this point they're penny pinching every dime out of customers to make the most profit. Haven't went back in the last 3-4 months....

Extremely poor experience and customer service. Ordered a drink off the menu, read the description of the drink clearly to the guy. He made the wrong drink, told him that’s not what I ordered. He then Proceeded to argue with me. From the start, he had a nasty attitude, like I was bothering him to place a drink order. I paid for my drink and left with nothing! I was appalled at his attitude and poor customer experience. I’m sure the money I paid and left without my drink won’t get him or his business far in life.
