I love Dunkin Donuts. Been going there for years. When I was in the Army at Walter Reed, Dunkin Dounuts was a staple. On a trip with my wife to Brooklyn we stayed at the Marriott which shares the same atrium with Dunkin.
I ordered 2 pumpkin doughnuts and a blue berry muffin. The cashier was friendly and I asked her if she could please warm up the pumpkin donuts? The manager came behind her and said we don't warm up doughnuts. I was like.....buttttt I get them warmed up all the time at Dunkin. She said she could warm up the muffin but not the dounut.
That makes no sense at all to me. I have never had a Dunkin refuse to warm up a simple dounut. She refused with a nasty attitude. It was the nasty attitude that I didn't like and no explanation. Her attitude was so dismissive. I told them to keep the doughnuts and ordered the muffin only.
As I received the receipt it had a survey on it. I asked her for her name and she said use the name on the receipt. But that would be the nice cashier. That really didn't sit well with me. I can't stand horrible customer service when you have a good product. So I took a picture of her. She really didn't like that but she could have simply given me her name. Oh well hopefully someone corrects...
Read moreLet me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order (I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse.... While I was placing my order the female cooker approached the cashier to verify our oder because; I ordered 3 sandwiches with extra sausage since to be that she was confused lol but (I give her a high five) for verifying my order to make sure that everything I order was correct" the only upside-down was that they started to talk in their language and I personally believe that they should speak in English just in case of any misunderstanding the customer can correct any misinformation about he/her order but I understand that the lady doesn't speak too much English but I think she should learn at least the Dunkin Donuts menu 😊

Read moreOnce again I’m making a review about this place. I ordered through the app for a plain, toasted dark bagel, they of course, didn’t toast it dark. So I ask the cook to toast it a little darker. The older woman, I have no idea her name, but she always has such a nasty attitude when speaking to customers or to the staff, says something in a different language but ‘customer’ came up and toasted dark bagel.
I proceeded to ask if there was an issue, but the man that was there said ‘No, she was talking to me’ when she wasn’t speaking to him at all. Im done coming and ordering from her because of that woman. I refuse to have my morning commute ruined by a nasty attitude. Best believe I will never order from this Dunkin again. Other Dunkin’ stores will be getting my service.
No other Dunkin has given me an issue about my tea being separated or my bagel being toasted dark. A request by a customer should not have the employee get yelled at and the customer getting attitude because of their...
