Worst Dunken Donuts by far at night time , workers are incompetent, I walk in and no one is in the front desk , one worker is sitting by the window talking on the phone and not acknowledging me at all , the other one is sitting in the back hiding some where , I had to say hello ,excuse me twice before the worker at the window finally acknowledged me and instead of saying hi, how can I help you ? She says someone will be here in a second. The lady final comes out of the back . I order one medium ice tea sweet, and one small cold brew with liquid sugar and CREAM , she goes and makes it and comes back with a small cup of what looked like straight up cup of white Cream, so I say excuse me , this is to light , it's practically white. She frowns and takes the cup back with an attitude and has the adacity to say to me " you did say you wanted cream" . Are these workers so dumb that they cannot differentiate between Cream or milk , or even just someone wanting Cream in there coffee vs someone saying i want my coffee light and sweet? Dunken Donut corporate really needs to teach these ppl giving there company a bad name the difference between Cream and milk , regular coffee vs light and sweet. this is not the only store that makes this mistake even if I go to them everyday for half a year. Read moreThis Dunkin’ needs serious improvement in staff professionalism and customer service. I came in for a hot coffee, and they handed me an iced one instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee refused and insisted I take the iced coffee because it was “already made.” Rather than acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, she became defensive. What made the situation even worse was that she began speaking negatively about me in another language—unaware that I actually understood every word. I calmly let her know that I did, in fact, understand what she was saying. The receipt clearly showed I had ordered a hot coffee, so the mistake was entirely on their end, yet I was treated as if I was the problem. Instead of escalating further, I chose to leave without my coffee. It’s unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect, especially over something so simple to fix. To make matters worse, none of the employees wear name tags, so there's no accountability. I will not be returning to this location and will be warning others to avoid it as well. Read moreI left a bad review a couple of years ago and nothing has changed at all... it actually got worse, which is very hard to believe. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. There is never EVER a time you can walk into this DD , order and get out in a timely manner. You will always wait on a line for at least 5 to 10 minutes.... and that's when they're not busy. See for yourself. Just for the heck of it, try for yourself. It doesn't matter what time, you will always wait. They are way understaffed and the manager is always dazed and confused. How this place is still in business, I'll never know. Go to the one on Hillside Ave in floral park.... so much better and under much better management. Maybe this time management or the owner will check their reviews and possibly do something...
