I would greatly give this place 0 stars if I could. I've been here before but today (on Thanksgiving) I definitely was shown the true colors of this place. Also, about something crazy, that I've never heard before but let's start at the beginning. Earlier today, I called in for an order of enpanadas and paid for it. I told the young lady at the other end of the phone, a time that I would pick the order up and then asked, "if I'm not able to pick the order up can I send someone to pick it up for me"? I was told, yes. My aunt goes in to pick up the order and was told NO! I then go to pick up the order and l ask the young girl "why didn't you give my aunt my order"? The girl says " it wasn't ready because we had a huge order from another customer and haven't started yours. I leave and return a couple of hours later. I ask for my order and when I get to the car, I realize that I wasn't given what is called in Spanish (salsa roja) red sauce for the empanadas or napkins 🥴 I return and say " I wasn't given the red sauce or napkins" Can you believe that I was told that the red sauce cannot be given out for orders going out. That that red sauce is only for customers staying in. WHAT! Ok, so I asked for the green sauce. They gave it to me along with a HAIR inside of it. Half of the hair was inside and half hanging out. No, it wasn't mine. For I had not opened it yet. I go back inside and ask for a person in charge. A tall male asks me what is going on and I explained. If there is something that someone in charge of a restaurant or any other establishment shouldn't do, is insinuate that the hair belong to me, the customer. To top it off, he starts smiling, like all I had told him and went through was something to smile about. Especially, after him insinuating that it was my hair or that I put it there myself. Not a good way to start your Thanksgiving Day or any other day for that matter. I told him that I give reviews and that his behavior and the way he's (smiling) going about things isn't good, he said "that's okay". I told him "you call what happened and the way you went about things ok"? "You call yourself the person in charge"? I just left. Never again!
