I kept ordering from this place. Many bad experiences, yesterday was the last straw. They sold me a piece of flan with a large mold!!! And another dessert that looked just as old probably! Guy manager had the audacity to tell me he couldn’t give me my money back; and said its the company who makes it fault! I told him when the Health Department comes, they’re inspecting this restaurant, the company gets their own inspection! Then he kept talking about a receipt, when they do cash money exchange without a receipt all the time! He didn’t even extend an apology or offer something else instead! After a back and forth, and I pointed out, why don’t you take them all out the fridge and check how many have a mold, he picked up a phone call and signaled one of the ladies to just give me back the money! They dont throw them out after 3 days! They keep the old food for the sake of profit! And i am pregnant almost due! Read more0/5 stars, these women are ALL VERY rude. It’s sad to say because I’m Dominican which i can safely assume most of the employees are too. I went today to buy some beans and a small container of bacalao (which is a smaller lid than buying a small container of beans). They charged me $22 in total ($14.00 for the bacalao) which is pretty close to buying a whole combo that feeds a family of 3. I politely asked if i can get a return on the fish and they all started gaining up on me with different excuses so that i can just leave. I asked to speak to the manager and what’s the manager’s availability and they responded to me “confused” as if they don’t know the owner of the restaurant. If your customer orders a black Coffee and if it’s so strong that’s literally undrinkable your response should’ve be “oh well you should’ve ordered it light” or “oh well I cannot the deduct it from my bill because I already brought it out” it’s not about the coffee its about the unnecessary rude response.
