So, I’ve been to this place a couple of times before, and I decided to finally leave a review because this person is racist as hell. There’s this old white guy who works there I’m not sure if he owns the shop, but he’s always around. I’ve been there about three times.

The first time, my friend took me. The second time, I went on my own because they have a restaurant in the front and a little pizza bar in the back. When I walked in, instead of greeting me respectfully, he spoke to me in a hostile tone and asked, “You good?” Mind you, I’m a young Black woman there was no respect or warmth in the way he said it.

I ordered my food (some kind of pasta dish it was mid, by the way), and while I was waiting, he started going on this random rant about how “young people don’t know anything.” Then he called me a “kid.” I cannot stand older people who act like that. It’s like, you’re complaining about young people not knowing anything, while being rude, ignorant, and disrespectful yourself. You don’t know anything about me, but you’re making assumptions. You’re small minded and racist.

The irony of someone like him saying “young people don’t know anything” is wild, when clearly he’s the one stuck in his ways. How dare you treat someone who’s literally coming into your business to spend money and support you like that? Any smart business owner knows to treat every customer with respect because that’s how you make money.

Then a few days ago, I went again and ordered a pizza. It was so mid the crust was plain and tasteless. That slice was worth a dollar at best, but he charged three dollars for it. I should’ve gone to the 99-cent pizza spot instead.

On top of that, he’s rude to his workers especially the Mexican employees. He talks down to them, acts bossy and pushy, and it’s just disgusting to watch.

Bottom line: respect everybody. Respect Black women. Respect young people. I’m a grown woman not some kid. It’s not my fault you’re old and bitter about losing your youth. Stop projecting your insecurities onto your customers.

It’s 2025 why are you still being racist, hostile, and microaggressive toward women of color? Grow up. You’re too old to still be...

I pass by frequently, because I like shopping locally. On occasion I go hunting for an incredible meatball with pasta. My 3 local sauce choices iggy's pizzeria meatballs okay but sauce so so. Searching for a great meatballs I'll stop in at 11b every year 1 or 2 times to compare sauce and meatballs (subway's meatballs & sauce, a comfort choice ) Today 1pm I stopped at the door and looked at the menu $14 for meatball zitti special comes with a salad, I ordered a $3 soda cause I don't drink alcohol nor hang out there during the drinking and social hrs. The white hair man running it, charge for 2 medium size mb with, zitti and a soda $27. He disappeared not wanting to change the charge. I had to return hrs later to get clarification because I don't like dishonesty. He has several menus with different prices for the same item dinner and lunch. It was lunch time. I asked for clarification on the different price? The negative English out of his mouth didn't exemplify anything related to fine dinning. I understand that being confronted on price switch is uncomfortable, but it hurts local shoppers trying to be supportive of their local sauce shopping. I'll never shop there again cause the meatballs this year are small like subway and not as good. I'm shopping for the local LES homemade sauce by the bakery and forgot about pizza. That mister isn't a daytime...

Was once good, but stopped ordering from there due to one very salty pizza. Later, a watery spaggetti & meatballs that was made with zitti noodles instead. Owner/manager/waiter can be a chip-on-the-shoulder loud mouth. Today, March 3rd, 2023 I checked on this review to show someone I know who was thinking of having dinner at 11b. And, lo and behold, negative reviews, that were truthful reviews and concur with each and every other negative review, have either been deleted, or they have had likes to the comment removed. Whether the owner has capabilities to do that, or Google is aiding and abetting in this type of licentious actions, highly questionable and most disappointing. All this type of action is doing is aiding and abetting a poorly run establishment. Even the newer reviews which are negative, will still come up, and the problem will still exist, whether Google or the owner removes unfavorable comments, or the likes of that unfavorable comment. As well, these over praising reviews that you'll see are highly, Highly...

I've been holding back on this review for a few years, because I wanted to gain better familiarity with pizza around Manhattan before presuming to offer my opinion. I am much more educated and experienced now, and I can say with full confidence that Vinny makes the best slice of pepperoni pizza in Manhattan. I will add just one important tidbit that seems to escape people, leading to misconceptions over what constitutes a good slice - PIZZA IS NOT HEALTH FOOD. If you don't like grease, if you don't want too many calories, you don't want too much bread/cheese/sauce and/or don't like feeling bloated after pizza, I have sour news for you - you just don't like pizza. If you do LOVE pizza, go to Eleven B and get a slice of pepperoni. You'll congratulate yourself for making the trip.

Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable! I wish I could give zero stars because this place is the most unhygienic pizza store I have ever encountered. I ordered a pizza and picked it up in a box, thinking everything was fine. But when I opened it at home, I was horrified to find cockroaches crawling inside the box. Yes, you read that right—cockroaches. I immediately lost my appetite and felt absolutely nauseous. How does a place like this even stay in business? It’s clear they have serious sanitation issues, and I wouldn’t trust them with food preparation at all. This experience was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. Save yourself and your health—DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! The health department needs to investigate immediately.

I was waiting outside to order near the restaurants benches and decided to have a seat as I decided what I would like to order. The owner comes out and rudely tells me that if he can help me that where I am sitting is only for service and that if I wanted to sit I could turn the corner and sit there the owner is the gentlemen in photo. Also let me add that this is my first time here. HORRIBLE first experience. And I’m not surprised with it’s rating now that I have come to give mine.
