The menu priced my order at $7.50. The sign next to the menu states tax not included with menu prices. NY sales tax is 8.87% which amounts to 62 cents. The total for the order is $8.12. I placed $10.00 on the counter to pay. I am given 75 cents as change. I immediately said how much is the taxes on my order? Without hesitation the cash register is opened and handed a dollar bill. If I had walked out I would have been cheated. I wondered how often is this deceitful practice done and to whom? I yelled and said what is being done, by using the taxes as a way to increase the daily sales constitutes theft. The total for the order including taxes should be $8.12. He literally gave me 10 fries and 4 wings for 9$ that guy always rips me off on my food. And you know why? Because fries are more expensive. Saw him touch the broccoli with that same hand, then raw chicken, then separated the egg whites from yolk all without washing his hands or using gloves.
