Clean nail salon but the lady that did my pedicure was not skilled. The lady that did my pedicure was buffing the gel off my nails so hard that I jumped numerous times. I told her it hurts and she became frustrated and sighed. What is she mad for? The nail polish looks horrible and she had the nerve to say “nice right”? I was so dissatisfied with the service that I decided to not do acrylic and she tried to argue me into doing my nails. Not to mention the removal of the gel hurt so bad that I decided to use regular nail polish on my toes instead of gel. As I am sitting drying my toes and asking the woman at the front how much, the lady that did my toes was standing over me as I’m counting my money. I had to tell her to back up. I will never go here again.

I’ve been here twice, both times I received a gel pedicure (received the callus treatment the second time) and a full set of acrylics with gel polish (tips and design added the second time). I’ve had 2 different ladies do my toes and 2 different ladies do my hands and all have been lovely, kind, and patient. They are gentle with my hands and feet and did a great job. My nails last 3-4 weeks, really only changed them because they had grown out. But none of my nails broke or chipped. They are also very reasonably priced, especially compared to other salons in NYC. I am very pleased and have found my nail salon.

I went to get a regular French tip with 2 blinged out nails & when it was time to paint they didn’t even know how to do a French tip , someone else had to try & then it still didn’t look good , when it was time to place the diamonds they looked horrible and all spaced out so she passed me the tool & told me to fix it how I want it , they charged me $80 for a short set with French and it’s ridiculous, I asked them to remove the nails and give me a discount they didn’t wanna work with me and she told me she would only discount me $10. I am very upset I wasted my money & time . What I asked for and what I got .

Review: Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior 👎🏽

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about seven years. In the beginning, the service was good, and I would always ask for Linda — a very sweet and kind technician. Unfortunately, things have changed, and I can no longer support this business.

Over time, I began noticing deeply disturbing behavior from a woman who appears to be the manager, supervisor, or possibly the owner. She usually sits at the front left desk when you walk in, across from the nail fan machine. I think her name is Amy.

She often greets customers in a friendly tone, saying, “You like a pedicure or manicure?” But what shocked me was hearing her refer to Black customers — including myself — as “BLACK MONKEY.” Yes, every time a Black person enters the salon, she uses that slur. What she doesn’t know is that I understand what she’s saying.

The atmosphere has become increasingly hostile. The woman at the front speaks aggressively, gossips about clients, and encourages her staff to look at people differently — you can feel the negativity the moment you walk in. She even asks employees in front of others how much tip a client left, which feels both invasive and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, another employee named Lily has openly laughed at customers — particularly if someone’s eyebrows are uneven after a service. Instead of correcting the issue or being discreet, she mocks clients right to their face.

If you still choose to visit this salon, I strongly suggest checking your eyebrows in the mirror before you leave. But honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The blatant disrespect, especially toward Black customers, is unacceptable and should not...

3rd and last time! The atmosphere is lovely I must say but customer service is awful! First time I went with my daughter she wasn't satisfied with the work and customer service I told let's give it another try will just request another worker which we did and it was decent work. Today I traveled from uppereastside as usual I was there nice and early i wanted to soak my nails and get a full set along with a pedi. The worker said let your feet soak I'll be with you soon! 45mins later I am still waiting and wasn't being acknowledge.. by this time my feet were turning into prunes from all the soaking. My 3rd time asking how much longer? I also mention all this time I've been waiting wouldn't it make sense if I soak my nails while waiting,,? She's flip on me trying to explain something but screaming at me! I took my prune feet and walked out! I was so disgusted with there attuide towards me wasn't right I have spent money in this place the short time I did go and to get treated the way I did I wouldn't recommend this place! But for each their own maybe you will have...

First time going. Horrible service. Came in 5:50 Friday evening with a friend for gel pedicures. There were a few people getting their nails done. We were told to wait. We waited for 20 minutes before a woman informed us we could go to the pedicure area. A woman came and tended to my friend within 5 minutes. I waited a total of 50 minutes before the same woman asked me if I picked out a color. Some people with appointments came in and got service. There was another person who was a walk in for some reason they got serviced and I was still waiting. I decided not to get the pedicure and the woman doing my friend’s toes just told me it was busy. It was not busy. I was really excited to have a pedicure with my friend but what’s the point if one person gets their pedicure done and the other hasn’t even gotten a color picked yet. Worst experience ever. Customer service must...
