Our dream home kitchen came together thanks to Prima Kitchen. Alex and Aris offered their vast knowledge of function, scale and styles to guide us through our goals of designs for our custom needs and the look that’s in sync with our home as a whole. We worked closely with Alex who was in charge of the design stage. He is personable, a good listener, with deep understanding of the products he offers so he would suggest options to meet our criteria that’s budget conscious and function driven. Aris, his brother, was in charge of installations, and he would offer design suggestions along with way where he often found unique solutions to our inquiries for customizations here and there. Everyone at Prima Kitchen stayed in touch with us with updates on the oversea production and delivery timeline, especially with all aspects still affected by Covid19. We appreciated their help with gathering the appliances that are to go within the kitchen layout as we sent over the specs of each potential products we’d want and get his feedback on the compatibility with our design. They worked closely with my contractor during the initial demolition of our old, existing kitchen where they directed the locations of all appliances. they would work on the preparation of walls themselves to ensure a perfect fit. Once all parts arrived, the installation was speedy with near perfect fit. They completed the work by fine-tuning the alignments, corners and gaps. Prima Kitchen promises high quality products and high expertise and delivers in EVERY way. I needed to update my NYC condo kitchen and found Prima from other recommendations. I walked in (right as they were closing) and Alex stayed as long as I needed, well past closing hours, just to make sure I had all my questions answered. He was willing to do this even though I was not a customer under contract!

Over the project duration, Alex was SUPER responsive (even when he was on vacation) and was also a great resource for things beyond just cabinets. He provided some other recommendations, gave his general big picture advice and made it all seamless. And then when it was time for the big action (installation), the crew surprised me even more. They were always there on time, and ready to go. Prima is a global brand, but with a true family spirit - that means every body was accessible and hands on deck for my small NYC kitchen (including the proprietor patriarch), just to make sure every detail was addressed and done to perfection.

To be honest when I first started researching this company I thought all the reviews were to good to be real. Turns out they deserve all the praise they get. They are indeed a pleasure to work with, they epitomize professionalism. When I approached I first approached Alex to discuss a potential design I had a clear idea of what I wanted, or at least I thought I did. He along with his Mom took my ideas and ran with it, the end result being my dream kitchen. They placed a gorgeous 8.5 feet island where I thought there was no room for it, and it is now my favorite part of the kitchen. From the design to the install this family run business makes you like an extension of their family, they are in constant communication about all facets of the project while remaining open to all ideas.
