Energy Fuel — Restaurant in New York

Just went in to get an Açaí bowl. You don’t get greeted when you walk in, the girls look Miserable. The cashier with blond hair had a nasty attitude. She seemed annoyed while taking my order, no smile, overall UNFRIENDLY!. She sat there on her phone while the other girl made drinks. She got up when she was done and started my Acai bowl, I asked if she was just starting it, she said “yeah I had to wait for the smoothies to be done” then shook her head and rolled her eyes as she cut my fruit. At that point I wanted to say you know what just give me my money back. When she finished my order she just handed it to me in a plastic bag, didn’t say have a nice day. I didn’t say thank you because this service is horrible. I won’t be coming back, and it sucks because the food is actually quite good. The owner needs to re-evaluate who he has working for him/ her. I don’t wanna see a ride nasty miserable face when I walk into a place. I’d rather take my business somewhere else, where people actually care about their job and the customers who pay...

If I could give this spot a zero I would . I ordered 2 BBQ Avocado plates and a goat cheese and avocado salad. When the food was delivered , the avocado on both plates was no good . I called to complain and was given a store credit only for the avocado . I opened up my salad and there was a fly in the bowl . I call back again and spoke to Ashley . She was extremely rude . As I’m explaining to her what was wrong with my order she puts me on hold then gets back on the phone saying she is listening to me and while speaking to someone. I ask to speak to a manager. None available. Unfortunately, I was unable to drive to the location but was able to send Ashley pictures and a video of the unacceptable dishes. Minutes later she texted me back that I will get a refund. Will never go back to this location . Customer service...

Based on the other reviews and my experience today I would be really careful of this place. I really thought this would be a regular go-to when visiting the area, but I just had a ridiculous experience. So meet ordered this Perfect Wrap, which you can see the menu clearly lists chicken as the first ingredient. When we were eating it we noticed there was no chicken so I went back inside to talk to the girl. She then told me there was no chicken in the Perfect Wrap and that we had to pay extra for chicken. Then I looked at the menu and told her there was, and she said that she’s been telling the owner to change the menu. Pretty silly.
