I AM SO HAPPY THIS STORE EXISTS IN GREENPOINT! The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable on everything in their inventory. They only carry quality products and from my experience they really care about the neighborhood and the community they serve. Such a better experience than bestbuy or another big box store. I get the feeling their employees really care and want to educate you but they are absolutely not pushy at all! They also will match amazon prices. It's so nice to have a quality electronics store...

I went to buy something from this shop during the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, and both people inside were not wearing masks. It is a small shop, big viral potential. I've checked each time I've walked past since, and have not seen the employees wearing masks. I wanted to support a local business, but since Wizard on Fresh Pond doesn't seem interested in protecting their customers, it won't...

I would never recommend this store to anyone. They very unprofessional and nasty to costumers. Once you leave the store after purchasing something, you stock with it. You cant return it if its broken and they won’t help you with anything. This place is the worst electronics store i ever been to. Don’t even waste your tome and money, you better go to...
