Energy Fuel — Restaurant in New York

I work in the neighborhood, so I have had lunch ordered to my workplace 1 or 2 times. They are pricey for a salad. Sometime last week I ordered a salad with dressing on the side , as did my coworker. Delivery took 35 mins..okay great.. I open the bag and see that there was only 1 dressing.. for my co worker.. I open my salad to see mine mixed with no dressing or additional salad for myself. I call Energy Fuel and explain.. woman says ok.. Ill send one over.. 5 mins later I get a phone call from the "manager" telling me that if I want an additional salad dressing it would be a buck more.. I told him I did not receive any in the first place.. he insisted i did.. i told him him I wouldnt waste my time or yours to call for this, but that i did not want to eat dry salad.. he said he would not send someone to me unless he was to charge ,e a DOLLAR.. I SAID THAT THAT WAS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WORK LITERATELY DOWN THE BLOCK.. HE WAS RUDE, AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON FROM MY COMPANY TO ORDER FROM THERE.. SO I TOLD HIM HE WOULD NOT GET MY BUISNESS ANYMORE... FAST FORWARD TODAY 3/10/2016.. MY COWORKER CALLS TO ORDER LUNCH (FOR HERSELF) AND MUST'VE BEEN THE SAME GUY, ONCE SHE ORDERS AND TELLS HIM HER LOCATION, HE SAYS TO HER , AND I QUOTE "I THOUGHT YOU WERENT GOING TO ORDER FROM US ANYMORE" AND LAUGHED.. SHE WAS APPALLED, AND TOLD HIM THAT SHE DID NOT SAY THAT, ALTHOUGH SHE KNEW IT WAS ME, I TOLD HER TO ORDER AT HER OWN RISK, BUT BECAUSE SHE LIKED HER SALAD BEFORE SHE TOLD HIM THAT HIS COMMENT WAS UNCALLED FOR AND THAT MAYBE TO GAIN A CUSTOMER BACK HE COULDVE BEEN POLITE ABOUT IT... LONG STORY SHORT.. THERE ARE ABOUT 30 PPL THAT WORK IN OUR COMPANY AND ENERGY FUEL IN BAYRIDGE JUST LOST THEM ALL. .. ALL I WANTED WAS DRESSING FOR MY DRY SALAD THAT I PAID 13$ FOR.. I am always looking for healthy food and I am glad I found this place! I had the super protein plate which comes with Bison, chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onions and a spicy sauce made from tahini and hot sauce. It was delicious! Probably need to order an extra sauce. I did order one but used it for my potatoes! This is a low carb dish so i paired it with air fried sweet potato fries. They cook them with NO oil - i checked. They are yummy! I love me some sweet potatoes. A couple of them were a little burnt so i stayed away from those. After eating all the food, I felt full but relatively light and not stuffed or suffering from a carb coma - this is important to me. I also have a very sensitive tummy and i do not eat gluten or dairy or corn or eggs or soy and i was able to find plenty of food in this restaurant, it tasted really good and didn't upset my stomach at all. There is no restroom though which is a struggle for me lol! The girl at the counter was not super nice at the beginning but i think i was kind enough and she became more and more helpful as i talked to her more and as I nicely insisted on getting answers regarding ingredients in the different sauces. I personally did not think this place was overpriced at all. I got plenty of clean healthy food for ~ $20. I definitely recommend this restaurant especially if you are into healthy eating. I order from this place over a year now never had a problem till today. Also the only thing I order from there is the Mediterranean salad. Never anything more never anything less. I call to order my salad and something else came i didn't even know what it was. I called back and said "Hey I think you got my order wrong I ordered a Mediterranean salad and something else came" then the woman right away said no you order a Mediterranean platter you just said platter. I kept telling her I didn't also that I never buy anything else but that same salad. She kept arguing saying that I should admit to my mistake and if I wanted another one I would have to buy it again. Why would I pay double when it wasnt my mistake to begin with. I'm not a mean speaker and towards the end she admitted it was her mistake but also saying it was mine and she said I can get the other salad half price. I still don't get why I still have to pay and I just told her you know what it's fine. I knew there was no way of getting my right order the way it should be for free when it wasn't my mistake.
