They don’t let you dry clothes unless you use the washing machines and that is not acceptable, I have a washing machine at home and I washed my clothes and came by to just to dry them because unfortunately Landlord forbids dryers in my building but the ladies working their refused to let me use the dryers here saying I can only dry my clothes if I washed them in their washing machines?????? My washing machine is just as good as theirs it completely drained the clothes of every single drop of water so why should I waste my money on washing them their and its a public laundromat Ive dried my clothes in laundromat on 3rd Ave and multiple laundromats and it was never not allowed , Worst customer experience ever their so rude and angry while i was talking to them so nicely and I tried calling customer support but they didn’t answer to ask the manager cause I think their lying about it not allowed because their was no sign that said Forbidden. Talk about the racism too just cause I’m Arab they talked rudely but when YT lady talked they were so smiley and nice whole attitude change. Never...

These lady’s that you pay to wash your clothes they steal clothing and stuffed animals , at first after leaving to have my laundry done and paying them I thought I was going crazy I started to miss some tshirts and underwear but never said anything untill I brought my baby’s stuffed animal to be washed ,they had no memory of what happened to it completely gone and I still had to pay for my load of laundry it’s insane that people go so low to steal clothing iteims and stuffed animals, if you have expensive clothes and stuffed animals take my advice and don’t bring it there...
