I leased Acura MDX from these guys a 6 years ago. My experience was nothing but positive. They did not try to overwhelm me with their superior knowledge of the market, trends, nuances etc, that were trivial to me, as an end-customer. They listened carefully to my needs, understood my likes and dislikes, usage pattern, etc. Then, they went off to do the needed foot work and came back to me with a single best option, at best price at that time. They spoke less and did more. They delivered, as expected. They made my paperwork process as simple and seamless as I could imagine. I suspect, they absorbed all the bureaucracy and corporate waste that I would get otherwise from a large dealership or a bank. Three years, ago, when my Acura MDX lease came to end, I came back to WWA guys for my next car. Sadly, they could not match pricing that I got directly from the dealership for Acura RDX. I suspect that as a returning customer of Acura, I did have a higher chance of getting a lower price at a dealership. I was totally impressed by WWA guys not taking my decision to buy directly from a dealership as a betrayal or lack of loyalty. They totally understood my reasoning and were super sincere in wishing me luck. They also gave me some very useful pro-bono tips re: other logistics (e.g. insurance, defensive driving course, etc). Well, guess what? A few days ago, I got my new Infiniti QX50 from these guys. Sure, I asked around. Sure, I did some comparative shopping (I took into consideration cars of relatively on-par value: Acura (that I got tired of), Lexus and Infiniti). But WWA guys could give me pricing on Infiniti that was lower than any other private leasing company or a dealership. And to be honest, even if there was a tie in pricing, I would still give these guys business, for my experience. This time around, my paperwork journey was even more seamless. My sign & drive experience was exactly what it implies: I signed whatever was needed, got my keys, slapped on my old plates and drove away. WWA is taking care of my DMV needs (registration), which means I donāt have to spend time doing it myself. My advice: If you have time to shop around ā do so and then come back to WWA guys and ask them to beat a simple-single number. If they can ā they will and they you should not lose a chance. If you donāt have time to shop around or do research and are not the best deal negotiator: skip dealerships and go to these guys. They understand what it means āplease, give me a single best number and save me a trip to another dealerā. If they can ā they will win you. If they cannot, they will courteously wish you luck.
