I walked to the store to show them my confirmation and they said since it was through another website they didnt have any control over it and Id have to contact grubhub/seamless. I just stopped using other sites and only used their direct website from then on. Recently I just moved back so I havent been in a while but I still decided to use their website. I ordered this Napoleon Cake for a friend and they sent me a moldy pastry. The least that you guys can do is just verify the product before sending it. And you weren't able to do it. Customers have the right to respect when it comes to how they spend their money and protect their health. Every business, especially those in the food industry, has a responsibility to provide safe, high-quality products that meet hygiene and ethical standards. People trust that what they purchase is fresh, properly stored, and safe to consume. Disregarding these standards not only disrespects customers but also puts their well-being at risk. Consumers have every right to demand transparency, accountability, and fairness, as their choices directly impact their health and finances. Respecting customers means valuing their trust and ensuring they receive what they pay for—nothing less.

If it says it there you supposed to give it to the customer. That's not our problem it's their problem. And I think I'll be taking this a...
