I'm so upset that I have to come here with negative feedback because I was so happy to find a convenient store near me that's open 24hours, good food, vegan friendly, amazing smoothies with the option to add seamoss, that also accepts ebt!! I felt like I was rewarded finding this place I was ready to make myself an everyday customer. Unfortunately the people who work there aren't pleasant. My second time coming there as a vegan I ordered a garden salad. The guy who made my salad was very distracted and had his headphones in while working. Everytime I said something he kept saying he couldn't hear me. He made my order completely wrong and added chicken. When I got to the register and noticed that isn't what I ordered I told him to make it again and he made it wrong again. I had to guide him every step of the way on how to make a salad that is on their menu, because he kept forgetting to add things. Finally after getting him to make my salad correctly he refused to weigh my salad to get the correct price. I was charged $11.50 for a salad that when I ordered privously was only $7.99. I came back the next day to speak to the owner but the owner is always nowhere to be found. The guy that was there only gave me half of my money back and told me to come back later to speak to the owner. I came back later there was a different lady in the front who was completly rude. When I asked if the owner was there she said no with a nasty mean attitude. When I asked her name she told me that it's policy they can't tell customers their name and to come back later to speak to the owner. I came back later and the guy I spoke to the first time blamed me for the person making my salad wrong & overcharging me. He refused to listen to anything I had to say or pay me back the rest of the money I was owed said they don't give back money and told me to come back the next day to speak to the owner. I say it's not worth it coming here Allah forbid you have an issue with anyone there they won't tell you their names and to speak to the owner is very challenging because he's never there.
