Empanadas- absolutely delicious 🤤 they were fried perfectly, each crunch was better than the last. It was also super juicy that it almost squirted on me! lol

Mac and cheese- mad creamy, soft and cheesey. The general vibe was that shit was bussing.

Guava BBQ ribs- packed with flavor, meat fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. The edges were crispy too which was nice.

Chicken Parmesan- gave me goosebumps after the first bite, so that should be enough already 😂

Fooga club- the chicken was incredibly crispy, the sweet chili base sauce was a great pairing

Copped cheese sandwich w/ copped cheese empanada- Literally bussing! It was so good, damn. The empanada is just as good inside a sandwich. The chopped cheese surrounding the empanada makes this entire experience that much better.

This is the best deli in the neighborhood. Jason and Jivo are wonderful people running the place. Regardless whether you are looking for a late night snack or want to grab a morning sandwich, these guys have you covered!!! I like to swing by and grab their turkey club sandwich in the mornings and a little beer in the afternoon. Both Jivo and Jason put in the effort to get to know the neighbors and the regulars (I proudly say that I am one of those) and know what kind of sandwich or snack you like without you needing to say anything. When I walk in these guys know what I am looking for and I appreciate that a lot, especially in today's New York where maintaining strong neighborhood and community is so important.
