Hong Kong — Restaurant in New York

I have been going to this restaurant for years. Within the last year or so, it seems as though the ownership has changed. Although the food is the same, I will probably never come back due to them penny pinching.

For years, my go-to has always been their honey wings with either fries or fried rice. Usually when I get it with fries, I ask the to put a little bit of their bbq sauce on the fries because I like the taste of the two sauces combined. Today I ordered that and when I asked for the bbq sauce, the woman said it will be an additional 50 cents. I looked at her like she was crazy because I never heard of a Chinese store charging extra for sauce on fries. I told her it was ridiculous but I didn’t argue with her. I passed on the sauce, paid for my food and left. I’ll never go back there. There’s plenty of other Chinese...

Worst chinese food, they don't care about nothing but money, they cooked my ribs in the microwave, how i know it was hard like a rock, which ribs do when you heat it up in the microwave to long, if I'm paying you your price for food I should be able to get it the way I like it with no problems, with them it's problem and they won't listen, short a penny and they won't give you the food seen it done to a homeless person, worst customer service, then they think because the have they Lil daughter world there thing going to be better NO even worst, GO TO KINGS WOK ON TROY FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 100 TIMES BETTER, honestly 1 star is still to good for...

I literally just ordered food from here found this place and the food was okay first a girl comes in the phone who doesn’t speak any English telling me to text her smh then I order ribs my usual and pork dumplings these people just sent me ribs with no sauce and dumplings with some stuff inside of it and they won’t return my money or give me proper food in which that’s okay but to everyone...
