The manager, Tiffany, apologized to me as they seemed to have a lot of traffic regarding their online orders. With that said, Tiffany did not ask me what type of bread I wanted. I was waiting for about five minutes to even be acknowledged by her. In addition to this, I stated I would like an Italian regular sub. It’s not about what the bread was suppose to be, it’s how she said “what bread is yours” after the fact it was clear I didn’t ask for a specific type of bread. She seemed very frustrated with the busy online orders and gave me a quick attitude as she had 3 Italians near the condiments . Tiffany then proceeded to the back for something and did not continue to make my sub, then she instructed an associate (name not listed) to finish making my order.
Upon paying, I had 234 points, which indicates I am a regular with Jersey mikes as I’ve done catering for my store teams with Jersey Mikes. The app, for some reason, was not working with the pin. Tiffany then stated “that’s your problem, not mine. Our system is correct”. I asked for assistance and she refused. I said “help me out I don’t know what I’m doing”. She then said I had a bad attitude and stated that she “refuses to serve me and I can leave”.
She proceeded to curse while serving other guests about me. As a Manager of my own store, this behavior is totally unacceptable and a poor representation on what an ambassador should be. I will never return to a jersey mikes again because of Tiffany’s service. She made it “clear” to me that I was being record and that it was “sent to high ups already”.
Never again. Take this into consideration and review if we...
Read moreThis place has to be one of the most ghetto Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. I usually go to the one on Hylan but I was in the area and so happened to see the establishment in the plaza. I came in about 6pm on a saturday (6/24) and it was super slow inside so I thought the service would be fast. WRONG! The three males in there that act like they are in high school took 15 mins to make a regular sub on top of that they were playing around too much especially in front of customers and making degrading comments about the young women who came into the store but left shortly after. The heavier set kid was lathering the bread with mayo and walked over to the cook and the other kid to continue their conversation. I don't know who runs that place but the trio does not need to be on the same shift as they clearly don't understand that there's a time and place for things that they were doing and inappropriate childish comments being made about females. I don't know who raised these kids but their parents should hear the disgusting jokes and comments being made about females while one is sitting in front of them waiting 15 mins for them to make a regular sub. I didn't even buy the sandwich,...
Read moreLet’s be clear, customer service is not a suggestion. I came in to order a sandwich, not to be yelled at by someone who clearly mistook a management title for a license to be disrespectful. The alleged manager, Tiffany, started shouting at me the moment I began placing my order. I was patient in case it was loud on her side of the counter but no, she shouted at me to spell my name, and when I did, she snapped, “You need to speak up! You’re speaking SO low.” I apologized and repeated my name — but this time, I asked her to stop shouting at me. That’s when the performance really began. She suddenly switched to whispering in the most condescending tone possible, asking if I wanted toppings. I asked her if she was serious and making fun of me because she was really whispering instead of speaking in a normal tone. Instead of going back and forth I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. She should really be more mindful of how she speaks to customers because one day she’ll speak to the wrong person the wrong way, and the outcome won’t be as calm as me choosing...
