So weāve been in to this place many many times since moving into the neighborhood. We know all the servers/bartenders. We have spent a lot of money and always taken care of the servers. Never have I asked for anything discounted or argued a bill. However, we came in for dinner and ordered the pitchers which were on happy hour. Supposed to be 25$ (as the sign says outside). We ordered the 25$ pitchers and got two of them. When the bill came they were 45$ each. I explained this to our server and she couldnāt be bothered. Victoria (the manger) said that those were the half pitcher priceā¦. Very unclear from the sign. She was rude and unhelpful. She also told me that there are 6 drinks in a pitcher, I told her it would have been cheaper for us to just order margaritas separately then. She didnāt seem to care. This was a terrible experience and I will never go back. Itās one thing for there to be a misunderstanding but we have spent a lot of money at this establishment. The least they could do is make it right. As an industry individual I know that this business is all about human interaction. If you canāt make things right with your guests then you are not going to last. I will never spend another dollar here and I would advise anyone else not to as well.
Itās sad to be honest because I liked having a place so close to our house, but I canāt support a business that is trying to steal from...

Tonight, we ordered through Grubhub and didnāt receive the Tacos de Carnitas, and the delivery driver never mentioned anything either.
I called the restaurant, and the waitress first said she had tried calling but no one answered, so she decided to send chorizo tacos instead. We never received a call, voicemail, or even a cancellation notice from Grubhub if the item wasnāt available. When I questioned her, she then changed her story and claimed the delivery driver had tried calling. We even requested if it was possible to substitute with steak or chicken, but she immediately denied and stuck to her story.
Instead of being a problem-solver, the waitress made no effort to fix the situation. We will never order againādefinitely miss the great service we experienced...

I ordered this evening and called the restaurant asked where the order is in Spanish and the girl who answered first sounded confused asked what I ordered instead of my name or where or how I ordered she then said he was in the way just to get me off the phone . I could hear the phone ringing constantly . I told her that the grubhub app mentioned it was delivered and I did not receive anything thatās why I was calling . I then had to reschedule out to grubhub and grub hub had to refund me . Never got my order and the girl told grubhub it was delivered. I noticed they are selling this place on Facebook marketplace. You should have 100 percent service regardless of the conditions happening behind the scenes. Just close your doors . The place and food is not the same ....
