Layaly Cafe is my favorite hookah restaurant in all of New York City. I travel all the way from Manhattan to frequent this customer friendly restaurant. The hospitality is top notch. The food is authentic and tasty, including Egyptian dishes that can easily hail from Cairo to shrimp tacos to truffle fries. The hookah is of excellent quality and lasts long. If that is not enough, the staff and ambiance exceeds the already superb food and hookah. I love this place — whether indoor or outdoor seating. they automatically charge 20% tip which is not fair for the customer and I feel like it decreases the service quality.
