We had great service and excellent food. It was on a Friday night - but we came in around 8:30 so it wasn't crowded. Our server really went above and beyond to explain the menu options, and made great recommendations. Everything was delicious, and the wait time was reasonable. They could manage dietary restrictions as well.

The only disappointment was that some of the "weekend" menu items were not available on Fridays, and the Oreo cookie cheesecake was not available that night either. 😥.

Update: The experience will vary based on the server. Went back again, this time they helped themselves to a tip (auto added to the bill for just three of us), and I felt attitude from the server like our requests were aggravating her. No follow up no offer to refill drinks or see if we needed anything. This was so unlike last time.

The food remains good. Very flavorful. Just know that if you get good service, consider yourself lucky.

Came here spontaneously on a whim for lunch. We saw this place dozens of times but never stopped. We went and were not disappointed. We started with the tostones y chicharones con guacamole. Awesome start. Next was the caldo costillo... some of the best caldo we've had. The broth was flavorful yet clear. The rib was super tender. Yucca was tender also, but I prefer a little more firmness and bite. The area with cheese that came with it wasn't hot and there was not much texture. I wasn't sure where the cheese was. Probably kneaded in together with the masa. But the cheese certainly didn't show. But overall the soup was the star. We also had the lechona Colombiana since the picture looked so good. It was good almost like a central Asian pilaf. But it didn't match the picture since we only got a tiny 2 inch piece of pork skin. In the picture the pork skin covered most of the rice. Es un excelente restaurante, su comida es deliciosa, me volví cliente regular de ellos, normalmente siempre suelo hacer pedido cuando no me puedo acercar al lugar, los dos últimos pedidos que he realizado con ellos me han colocado problema por que me tienen en su sistema con que no me pueden hacer delivery cuando llevo mucho tiempo pidiendo con ellos y todo por la falta de atención de la persona que atiende los pedidos por teléfono, el primer inconveniente que me hizo saber la persona que me atendió por teléfono era que no se podía por qué yo siempre hacía pedidos y nunca los recibía, le dije a la persona es falso lo que me dices, jamás llamo y dejo a la persona esperando con una orden llevo mucho tiempo pidiendo con ustedes, de tal manera que le dije quizá fue la vez que llame a tomar un pedido y me dicen que en 30 a 40 minutos están en mi casa, y llame a preguntar por mi orden por que había pasado 1 hora y 15 minutos y mi pedido nada que llegaba, me pidieron disculpas que ya la orden me la hacían llegar y les dije lo siento pero ya esperé mucho tiempo y no quiero el servicio, la persona que me recibió la llamada me colocó en sus sistema con el reporte de que siempre pido y nunca recibo las órdenes, me da enojo por qué no es algo cierto, la segunda ocasión volví a llamar habían pasado 8 días por que pido casi todos los fines de semana y me atiende la misma chica que me había comentado que no me podían hacer el pedido por lo mismo y tanto le dije yo te pago con tarjeta pero envíamelo no entiendo el por qué si soy cliente regular, me hacen el pedido y envían a otro domiciliario y vuelve y juega paso 1 hora y tuve que llamar, me dicen que el domiciliario me llamó y jamás contesté, se regresa la persona y me muestra las llamadas y me dice la persona ese es el número que me dieron, le dije a él muchacho ese no es mi número, el muchacho me dice educadamente que pena fue error de la chica por que me dio el número mal, él no tiene la culpa pero por la falta de atención de la persona que toma los pedidos o no entiendo la razón, no podré volver a pedir mas con ellos, llame apenas recibí el pedido y le dije a la misma persona que le dieron mis dos últimos números mal al domiciliario, cámbialo del sistema por qué no quiero que vuelva a pasar, y justamente hoy llamo a hacer una orden y me dicen que no puedo perdí más con ellos 🤷🏻‍♀️, cuando jamás he o tuve intención de dejar una orden esperando o no recibirla, precisamente por qué entiendo el trabajo de las personas no sería capaz de hacer algo así, me encanta el lugar y su comida, pero lastimosamente todo por error de atención de la persona no puedo volver a pedir mas.
