69 Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

Service was so bad , i order a chicken & cheese piza for delivery , They send me wrong order just plain pizza . But delivery guy ask me $28 for pizza & i paid $30 . And i give pizza to my kids they are waiting from 40 min without opening a box . I went for washroom , when i came outside i got a shock . Because i order chicken it was plain . I stop my kids to eat . Then i call to resturent , you guys send me wrong pizza . I told them everything what happen & ready for pay what they eat but it was not my falut . The guy got angry and he told me you eat that you fault . You have to check he told . I went to that guys store with remaing pizza and i told him who have to check i or you !!!! From the counter 3 guys came and start fighting with me its your fault . They told you order cheese piza . If i order cheese why you ask me $28 i told them . After that delivery guys came who take money from me he also lie . He told me i never told that amount . Very very bad service .!!!!!! Never order...

I JUST ORDERED PIZZA FOR MY SCHOOL. I CLEARLY GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT WHAT TOPPINGS I WANT. THE GUY MADE A MISTAKE, INSTEAD OF ONION AND PEPPER, HE PUT MUSHROOMS AND PEPPER. I CALLED HIM BACK AND TOLD HIM HE MADE A MISTAKE AND MY STUDENTS ARE ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING HE SCREAMED AT ME AND SAID "THAT WHAT I ORDERED" AND REFUSED TO COOPERATE OR BRING ANOTHER PIE BACK AND ON TOP HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I THREW THE ENTIRE PIE. $25.00 DOWN THE DRAIN. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS FROM ANY FOOD VENDOR. DEFINITELY NOT ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! PLEASE SAVE YOUR $$ AND AGGRAVATIONS AND DON'T ORDER...

Food: 3/5 got pizza once and lasagna once here reminded me of school cafeteria food lol nothing special but filling and warm overpriced for what you’re getting lasagna seemed like it was frozen then baked, $11
