Tony is the worst person to deal with, he does't even know how to rent a budget truck, his job was just to give us a truck we already do the reservation online, the amount we had online was around $350 and he charge about $500, he said that the rest was a deposit and when we return the truck the money will be refund, that never happen and we try to call him many times he will always have an excuse finally his wife answer the phone and I told her that looks like her husband was hiding, he call me back very upset never let me talk and after a very rude and ugly language he just hang out the phone finally I call direct to budget customer service and an agent explain what happen, he charge us a bunch of stuff we never ask for and he didn't told us we trust him and we just sign the papers, never trust this guy he was really nice and involved us with a long chat and give as all the paper work at the very end, we finally got our money back but...

My comments are based off services I received from this location. Worst place. Con men. Thieves My valve from my tire was bad so I headed to the tire shop. I ask the man at the tire to check the valve (maybe loose). He checks it and says it’s bad. Ok change it, he brings jack to lift car and remove tire ?why I ask He replies “ I have to remove the whole valve System?i reply no just the pin valve in the tire Tells me it’s $100 to fix I get upset laugh get in my car. Go another tire shop and they change the pin valve for $10 I go back and show them they stayed quite I am fortunate to know about cars and hate when mechanics and tire shop men try to rob people while don’t know Don’t go to...
