making false statements is a serious matter, whether we choose to accept it or not is another topic. Let me make this crystal clear, first, you claim that weâve never had a business transaction, now you claim that the owner of the building granted you permission and approved you to enter the building. just to clarify, we have a copy of the receipt confirming the transaction and verified your statement with the homeowner HIMSELF and it is evident that in both cases, you are falsifying information. we can attest that the integrity of our review is honest, truthful and not defamatory. we are appalled by this whole situation and with that said, i have no further comment or reply to your future postings.

first, let me start off by correcting a mistake with the reimbursement amount that I received for the package that your business lost, I have a receipt showing it was 175 usd and NOT 150 usd. 75 for the shipping fee and 100 for my contents. itâs contradictory to the claim that the owner did not know of the story and the person who reimbursed us for our loss. next, apparently, my rights to post honest and truthful negative experience that I have encountered with the business has gotten some attention many months later. please understand that I am not a hired content writer and the review is not intended to defame the business in any shape or form nor it is intended to ruin personal reputation. It is to inform both the customer on decision making and, if taken properly by the owner of the business, help them improve their business practices. the professionalism, the lacking of investigation on my lost package and the resolution on the matter has resulted in us utilizing other businesses to ship out our contents safely and worry free. in addition, I wish to know who advise you to show up unexpectedly at my residence and belligerently demanding to know where I am (how did you get my address?). lastly, we do not know how you entered into the common area of the residence and what you were looking for by searching through the tenantsâ mail and knocking on and opening doors. We now feel threatened by your actions and want to warn you that if you decide to show up again, I will report you to the appropriate local authority and file a formal complaint.
3 months ago: we heard about this business being affordable, convenient and safe, but what we were faced with was totally the opposite... except for affordability. we had plan a large box for shipment to thailand, but it never got there. they somehow lost our contents, exceeding more than 500 usd. in addition, we had spent extensive time trying to investigate what happened to our package and we were giving the run-around that our package made it to thailand but somehow it got lost. we then tried to kindly speak to the owner about our situation and we were offered no explanation except a monetary reimbursement of only 150 usd, and that's not even the stated claimed amount that they had guaranteed on their policy. it's a shame for a business that primarily depends on the thai community to act itself in such a manner. please be careful with the deceiving owner(s) of...
   Read moreExtremely Disappointing Service - Unfair Practices and Misleading Information I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering their services. The lack of transparency and unfair practices are truly appalling.
First, they fail to disclose crucial information about shipment pickup times. Upon arrival of my shipment, I was told that I must pick it up the same day or face significant storage fees. This policy was never communicated to me beforehand, which is incredibly misleading and inconsiderate.
My Boxes were damaged, and they charged me the same to delivery a small tube as a full size box
To make matters worse, when I finally managed to coordinate a pickup, I was informed that I had no choice but to pay whatever exorbitant fee they demanded to move the shipment. This is nothing short of extortion, and it feels like they prey on customers by using hidden fees to maximize profits.
The customer service was equally disappointingâunhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to address any concerns or resolve the situation. Their practices are both unethical and frustrating, and I feel completely taken advantage of.
I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice. There are many more reliable and customer-friendly options available. Avoid this company if you value transparency...

We recently moved our entire household from the U.S. to Thailand, and Lanna Shipping made the experience as smooth as it could possibly be.
