Friducha — Restaurant in New York

What a great find! I was in the mood for Mexican food and this place hit the spot. From the moment my buddy and I walked on the door we were greeted by the bartender Natalie with a smile that lit up the whole restaurant. She made us feel so welcome that we decided to sit at the bar and have our dinner. We started with some guacamole that was completely on point. Hey, get it spicy, you can handle it. The guac was served with homemade chips and a fantastic salsa. Natalie served us up some amazing margaritas with the house tequila and we were set. Good quality of food, but something that i want to share the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Last night my friends and I visit Friducha’s we ordered our food and drinks we had not gratifying experience. The (Manager or owner) was not very welcoming. She was more focus on her own dinner with her friend than her costumers. Started tanning a bit and nobody approach to our table to check on us if we didn’t speak up they would it bring the food out with the rain. The owner or maneger was just sitting with an umbrella and didn’t offer us to move or give us any solution. The server reaction literally was “ I don’t care” at the end we took the food to go and they forgot to put chips on my friend guacamole!!! I rode from phila to Brooklyn that morning on my motorcycle. Was busy all day and didnt eat much. Once my day settled down i looked up places to eat, choose and rode to this spot. I parked on the sidewalk up against the building so i could keep an eye on the bike. I was alone and looking to sit at a bar to eat and have a drink. Drink, food, desert, atmosphere, music, and service all were Great... i mean it really was GOOD FOOD. Came out on time, delicious, service was always a head nod away. Bath room was clean and in order, music was cool, im not one to do these reviews on the regular and at the same time when i do, im not going to describe everything. I want people to know my experience because i had either a horrible one or a notable one. Looking for a cool spot to eat....
