They're afternoon and evening services are horrible! I never get greeted. There are no smiles, just attitudes. The staffs are always talking to eachother and while they are dealing with food and no face mask or guard in between the product and them. As far as your order, if you are not on top of it your order will come back all messed up and/or you probably will never get it. Also, always order to go because if you choose "dine-in" they will call you instead of bringing the food to the table. The food sometimes will be under cooked or over cooked. The fries would be too salty, soggy and/or oily. Soda? forget it! Its either too sweet or they dont have it. Ice cream machine is always messed up so you can't even get a milkshake. The tables are always dirty and for you to get them to clean them is another attitude. Over all, this McDonald's is amazingly disapointing! Last but not least, there is always a large group of young UberEats scooters, bikers and motorcyclists that are always in the front of the store and in the store that make you feel unsafe. They are always loud, in the way and looking at everyone they don't know with a face that they look like they are up to no good. Sometimes they can get very aggresive and disrespectful. While you are trying to go in the store or leave the store, they will start driving away almost hitting you with the vehicle. Its very unsafe and you have to be very careful. I am not going back till there...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst McDonald's location I have ever been to.
The service is ridiculously slow (expect at minimum 10-minute wait after ordering) and the staff appear to lack basic customer service skills. Perhaps they are overworked and it is possible that this place is perpetually short-staffed (unacceptable given its proximity to a shopping area, two subway stations and a college), but this more than anything else may reflect bad management.
This location also recently installed the self-service ordering kiosks. I walked in several days after they first went online, and us patrons were told to use the kiosks and not the registers. (BTW, the computers allow limited ways to customize your sandwich order.) On this day I waited 15 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich, and to make matters worse, they made me the wrong sandwich. I returned my food and though they corrected my order, I wasn't even given an apology or any other courtesy phrase by a staff member.
I have worked in the area near this McDonald's for six months, and I've given them two chances. They've swung and missed twice. If this were softball, that's considered...
Read moreI tried to order a LARGE FRIES WITH 2 MC CHICKENS AND IT IS 6.57. So I wanted to order from the cashier so they can take my order but they were telling me to go to the mechanical ordering set up which I didn’t want to cause I wanted to do regular ordering but they refused to take my order and kept telling me to go over there. mechanical ordering is messed up because the prices don’t match up, it’s always a extra dollar or whatever the case is mc chicken are 1.69 but on the mechanical set up is 2.10 so that’s why I go to the the cashier so their will be no confusion and the large fries supposed to be 3.19, when I try to correct her and educate her she gave attitude and repeat what I clearly said to her and try to give in her two cents, the order ended up being 7.70.... when it’s supposed to be 6.57, she messed up with the money and acted like she knew it’s 7.70 when in reality she doesn’t, the workers here clearly have no knowledge and only getting paid minimum wage, can’t argue with people that are literally below you and barley earn money...
