I pulled up to the establishment exackly 5am this morning. As I pulled around to the drive thru I was greeted with 🗣 "cash only" over the intercom (as this is infact my fourth visit this month in between the hours of 4:30am and 5:45am tops.) Upon agreeing to pay with physical currency I was instructed to pull my vehicle around passing a first window to a second, which is where I was told to place my order. Thankfully I order the exact same selection the last four visits I have visit the McDonalds on Bruckner Blvd. Today was my limit! There was no sweet tea so my order is now complicated so I then asked for an orange juice and there was no orange juice. I then told the lady whom was behind the window dressed head to toe in a Nike track suit with no McDonalds form of identification how much is my order now. She then rounds my order up to a $7 even. I questions why is this my fourth time visiting this facility and not one time you guys charged me the exact same price, nor do you guy provide change because they round to the nearest highest dollar, and upon me asking for my receipt I was informed the system is down. I asked the young lady for her name she told me to have a good day and proceed to close the window shut and walk away out of sight. I patiently stayed in the drive thru window and did not move along for the next customer because I wanted the young lady name. They young lady finally after 3 minutes return to the window accompanied by a dark skin female whom identified herself as the manager by the name of Teesha! The window was open by the young lady whom closed and walked away and once it was open the party accompanied whom identified herself as a Manager asked, "what seems to be the problem?" At this point I feel very disrespected that I was dismissed and left sight when I asked for the young unidentified lady with the Nike track suit and no badge. I told the manager everytime I visit this place I order the exact same order but my price are always different and you guys are not providing receipts and only accepting cash, why is my prices always different. Teesha started to reply with system is down, so I asked why are they still operating and taking cash and not charging the same pricing each visit and to make matters worst I cant identify the employee whom dismissed me. Teesha then informed me her name was Ashley. I'm not sure what's going on at this McDonald, but it appears to be fishy and since i can't make a survey by receipt I'll make sure i post on social media. Maybe Corperate needs to find out what's going on between 4-6am why they never get any debit or credit charges and if all cash is reported since my food is always a different price...

I ordered a burger that by the picture was vibrantly and healthy looking with slices if bacon that were visibly seen from the side with cheese and onions, also visible. Can't remember now what else was in the picture. However when I got the box, there was a over cooked flat dry piece of meat, I guess it was the burger with scattered small pieces of bacon and two hints if onions along with a nice size slice of white cheese thrown in the bread. I went back to the counter and told the manager, that whatever was in the box was not what I order. She got an attitude and said whatever was in the box was what she charged me for. However it was not what I told the young girl who took my order. I initially went back to the young girl and with a brushing off attitude told me to ask them down at the puck up station. This is the 2bd time this year that I got what I didn't ask for. The first time I had to pay extra, to get what I had originally asked for. This time I told the manager I wasn't going to pay for what I asked for when I ordered. She walked away. I don't go there often for evening meals. There is no problem with the day shift. I am outraged and feel disrespected by the way the manager handled me. I do not intend to purchase anything else from there. It's a McDonald right in my community and gave used that one since the 80s. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I took a picture of the sandwich and of what I actually ordered....
Read moreThis McDonald's stays busy during the day, afternoon and evening hours. Since there remodeling, it just seems to have picked up in the amount of customers traffic. The staff are our friendly and try to get you serve as quickly as they can. overall rating is above satisfaction. If I could suggest a way to improve customer satisfaction, I would suggest giving each customer a receipt first, then checking each order before handing it over to the customer. I know for me, I for one was giving the wrong order at least once, and was missing items from my order.
6/30/2024 2:26p I just came through the drive-thru place to order for number 7 double cheeseburger large. I paid with a $50 bill instead of the cash you're saying. Please hold on. I have to get change he just hand it and it might change and walked away. I usually count my change and it was a good thing I did because this guy sure changed me $5. I immediately called the number on my receipt which no one answered. I move forward to a second window and explain to the staff that the gentleman who just rang me up shortchanged me $5. It stated to me. Yes he asked for change and that I would need to go back around to get my $5. I said no. I will not. I will stay right here. I want my $5. He gave me my $5. The tone and attitude of both staff were inappropriate, it showed a lap of putting customers first in a friendly tone to make people feel welcome. Today's service I frown upon.
