Okay, it's McDonald's, right, I got it, but this place is never staffed right. Regardless of the time of day, this place keeps customers waiting for ten minutes for their meals, horrible. Btw, management is horrific, poor customer service, we the public keep you employed, show the community you appreciate us, with a smile and the attitude you are happy we are giving your establishment business. Do not act toward us, like we are a burden, I guess that is why "some" of your staff members act the same way. Customer service training is needed for the staff. Also, stop throwing the customers food onto the counter, and giving it to us like we just disturbed your break, courteously providing customer service goes further. Oh, if you charge for extra size fries, please, put all the fries in the carton, stop cheating the customers out of food we already paid to eat. I noticed, not only myself had this problem, but FOUR, other customers had the same complaint. Wait, what's the deal with the menu boards being in an area, where it cannot be read, it crams an over the drive-thru cashiers area, it can't be viewed because it is in an awkward location. The customer service line is next to the door, and customer tables, it is an odd place, because you have no place to stand to order without being in the way. When the door opens, you are in the way, after your order is placed you must go find a crack in the wall and wait, because if you try to wait on the pickup line, you will be in the way of the tables, the door, the order line, and walkway. I only stop and go to this restaurant when I am driving pass on the highway, its the last rest stop for a while. Hopefully, this place will get better, but for now, I will not be returning, I will wait until I reach the next rest stop, which is about thirty minutes out, or I can go to the other side of the highway, but when you are trying to make time, the other side of the highway feels like a journey. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at this newly renovated store. It was my first visit after the refurbishment, and I found the atmosphere to be chaotic and disorganized. There were long queues, I made an order through the mobile app for takeaway, I waited for a considerable amount of time. I felt weird and checked with the staff, to my surprise, I was informed that my order was not in their system, even though the order number was clearly displayed on the overhead screen. The staff repeatedly asked me to show them the order details on my phone and email receipt. Eventually, they only provided me with the fries while disregarding the rest of my order. I had to inform them that there were still missing items and present them with the complete order details before they reluctantly fulfilled the remaining food items. Furthermore, they forgot to include the tomato sauce, and I had to request it separately. What I would like to emphasize is that I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, and having to stand in front of the counter for an extended period without any assistance from the staff was extremely distressing. The overall management and organization of the store were in complete disarray, and this experience was extremely unpleasant. Very disappointed. Read moreI ordered an ice cream cone on the app. I used my points to redeem it since I had it for free. I went on the drive through line to get my order and the person tells me that their ice cream machine is being cleaned and to go to the second window to speak to the manager to see what I could get in return. I get to the window and I’m just waiting. Workers are constantly passing by and they see me waiting, no one is helping. I have to wave my hand to get their attention. I had to explain what happened and the manager then comes up to me, tells me the ice cream machine is not working and proceeds to close the window in my face. She didn’t bother asking what I would want in return, if I could possibly get my points back and so on. I had to say excuse me 2 times before she opened up the window and I asked if I could just get a small slushee in return and she said no and to come back in 2 hours. 2 hours for a cone?
