If you order on the McDonald’s app at this location, you will get very incorrect order. If you order the collectors edition, you will not get the collectors cup. You will also not get any sauces if you order chicken nuggets and if you order honey mustard, you won’t get honey mustard you’ll get hot mustard, which is disgusting. Don’t know why they even have it at this location, my husband ordered two collections and we did not get our collectors cup. They did not write on our order to tell us that they ran out. Supposedly I did not get the barbecue sauce nor did I get honey mustard I got hot mustard, no straws, no napkins, no barbecue sauce. I didn’t know. I paid to use my barbecue sauce at home and to make homemade honey mustard, this place needs to be Management and we walked into this place before and yes, I agree with the loud music. All in all walk in and get your order at this one.

Update 02/02/22 how on gods green earth me and my husband come to this McDonald’s and they’re advertising the new surf and turf The new double crunch and the new land air and sea and they don’t even know what it is and they have a poster up no one in this McDonald’s new what’s the new special was wasn’t even on the machine didn’t know how to put it in for customers so we walked out in sadness because this is what we really want it we wanted to really try it I don’t know what this McDonald’s has done from every review that I’ve done but this is just sad and shameful to live in the Bronx with a McDonald’s not far from you and they can’t get orders right make them right they make them look like the rust barely doesn’t look like the picture I mean what McDonald’s does but I don’t know but how do you not know your own specials SMH shaking my head with sadness we were really craving it and for anyone that lives in the Bronx we went to Kennedys and made our own double crunch lol

So this is an update from when I first wrote my message below so as of today McDonald’s has gotten very sloppy over here in the Bronx on 17 now their soda tends to start testing like social water and little bit of whatever soda flavor their Apple pies which I love McDonald’s apple pies have turned into something hard and Gui and you just keep chewing it’s not like how we grew up where the apple pies tasted like apples and it was a pie it was great there are some McDonald’s that I have been to that do a great job but the one where I live I’m sad to say is not doing So good this may be the last time I go to this McDonald’s or ever get a soda and an apple pie I’ll get their fries I’ll get there BURGER, so far I have not had that experience with those but I might as well go to Burger King or Wendy’s because they check their soda machines and I’ve never had any complaints about them so until matters get resolved which I hope very soon I may not be attending McDonald’s again and people check your orders make sure they get it right because this is not the first time that’s happened to me and including others that I’ve...

Today I placed and order for pick up order number 1636 on 06/01/2023 at 10:30pm location 101 east 170 When My Daughter arrived to receive my order the cashier and manager was rude stating that the store was closed and they was out of chicken And Could Not refund my order the young lady the proceeded to tell my daughter and my cousin in Spanish that she is lying about placing the order online she then proceeded to ask my child if she is Spanish and then to tell my child that because she doesnt speak Spanish fluently she is not Spanish nor of Spanish heritage the young lady then ask my daughter if the smoke weed and tried to make conversation as she dimissed making the order which resulting in me having to come to the Mc Donalds in which I had to make a video recording which would show the unprofessionalism manager rolling her eyes while laughing in order to get my order made the manager and cashier was highly unprofessional and rude this is the 2nd complaint I filed about the hospitality and racist slurs from the employees at this location I will be looking into a attorney and the fact my child is 16 and your asking while on duty about drug usage...

The experience was incredibly horrible. The cashier had me wait thirty minutes for ice coffee, and when asked to provide me with the drink that was on my receipt she argued that it wasn't. Once realizing she was wrong no apology was granted. Instead, she displayed higher levels of lack of professional diplomacy. She preceded to make four more orders in front of my order. Of equal importance is that they allowed someone to use the bathroom but when asking to use the bathroom she stated no. My little sister suggested that someone had utilized the bathroom already; there she argued that she still couldn't use it, and that she had her reasoning for allowing the guy to use it. It took for my sister to reveal that she had her menstrual and even after that she slammed the key on the counter. As a result, my food was ridiculously cold and hard.
