McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I've been a customer at this McDonald's for a while, even before it was renovated. This location has always had its problems, like any other food establishment, which includes overcrowding, long lines, etc. Though ever since the renovation, this McDonald's has gotten worse in quality. They constantly mess up orders, they dont fill up their large smoothies all the way leaving a good inch of space from the top of the cup for the large at least, they added more staff but fail to have enough registers open, their fish sandwich is always messily assembled and old, the staff is constantly joking around and talking instead of working, they give special treatment to some customers, their bathroom is often disgusting while workers who are supposed to clean the bathroom stand around complaining about how someone else needs to clean it, and not to mention that their new security guard who is able to clear the homeless who used to frequent this establishment, is constantly flirting and chatting with the kitchen staff and does not respect the privacy of customers. The security guard constantly tries to chat with customers who dont want to talk and badgers those who brings computers with them to the establishment. On two accounts in which i started to bring my laptop, he stood behind me watching my screen. I wouldn't recommend this establishment, because they fail to do what McDonald's is for, serve the customers. It seems more like a social event for those who work there rather than a place of work. The manager with the high pitched voice, is extremely rude. She always has an attitude rather than being compassionate to her customers. She sucks her teeth when you ask for a bag or sauce. Many customers have not only complained to the staff themselves but argued with them about their orders. Until this McDonald's learns to improve their attitude and techniques, it will fail to meet any standard of conventional fast...

I used to be a McDonald's Addict when I was a teenager. But I think the last time that I actually walked in and paid for a friend and I. Was probably 10 years ago. I've stopped for small quick things once & a while. But now I feel real old. Because the last time I remember many years ago the average Meal was around $5 and change. You would walk out and McDonald's Cost $10 or so. I just picked up the new Chicken strips for my friend because he seen the Commercial during the 🏉 Rugby World Cup. And I just grabbed a Quarter Pounder with cheese (Sandwich not meal) & when the cashier said $22.95 I felt like I was 2029 & I over slept. When did McDonald's become $23 Dollars for 2 people to eat. They are completely automated so the hand you a bag a & an Empty Cup. The rest is on you. I still have them 5 Stars because I haven't had a Quarter Pounder with cheese in eons & 5 Stars for the Cashier to actually have the guts to say "That will be $22.95 Please" that's like what a half a day pay for the Girl. What if I walked in with a Wife & 3 Kids...

This place has this place robbed me for my money I know that they rob me for my money because I went to another store and this happened but they gave me my money right away. So basically what happened was that me and my friend was going to McDonald’s on Elder and then we we was paying cash and Apple Pay so they Thought that I was slow because they only My Best friend her money, but she didn’t give me my money on Apple Pay and then she had the nerve to smile in my face talking about that My money will be transferred in two hours I knew that she was lying because why is the wait so long and then to top it off? Didn’t even not even the next day. But then a few months later, I have forgot. So now I just now went there and then I asked him where’s my money it has been a whole month and I still haven’t got my money and they gonna talk about that’s a discussion that you have to tell and I get so mad. I write this report and don’t go there cause they might rob you...
