First of i order my food there it was about 7:07 ten minutes go by and im like ok is taking a while finaly around 7:22 im getting my food i look at my bag and all i got is the burgers i order no fries no drinks and no sundays so i noticed there are 5 to 6 people working in the pick up area for the burgers so i remind the girl im missing my fries and my drinks and before. I can finish talking she walks off and brings me most of the fries i ordered and nothing else and. Goes back to the same pick up area i start to rant then for the first time i see the manager . So i stopped her and said im missing such and such items for the most part she helped i get my food ice cream maching was down so i had to exchange that for something else this is my problem as well i ordered fries most of them where hard and felt like they where there for hours second of why does 5 to 6 people have to be in the receiving area but no one in the fries station no one serving drinks and a line building in the pick up area and where was the manager to stop this and make her employes work correctly like it seemed like everyone was new they all looked lost and they wonder why eventually going to be replaced...

Whoever runs this McDonalds has no care for their customers, and lack proper management skills to run an establishment responsible for feeding so many people in this neighborhood. I order using the McDonald’s App and I arrived about 7 minutes after. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be completed, and when it finally came they did not have my full order, and I did not receive what I was charged for. Items advertised on the App are often not available in store, and orders are not being fulfilled. Not only do I feel robbed I feel like I was spit in my face. The customer service is horrible as they ignore customers after they place an order. Because of the stores floor plan the employees are able to disappear (hide) and ignore customers who are inquiring about things they already paid for or are considering. I did not receive a receipt (list detailing my purchase) or any code to leave a review which is usually placed on the bag of mobile orders. And I am highly upset after finally reaching home. Read moreSo I entered the McDonald’s on East Tremont & Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. I had only 8 to 9 minutes to grab breakfast, and head across the street to work. While waiting for the cashier to notice me because she was away from the register joking and talking to her coworker, Itried to get her attention 4 times by saying “Good Morning” loud enough for her to hear.
She continued with her conversation anyway, and after she felt ready and done with the conversation that’s when she turned to come over and service me.
I was already frustrated with being ignored, but I was willing to forgive and still order. But when she arrived to the register, I requested my order, and then she stared back at me with a blank stare, scrunched her nose as if she did not understand a LICK of what I was asking her.
Here’s the plot twist, she doesn’t SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL! So not only did I lose time waiting for her to be professional, and ACTUALLY SERVICE ME, but she doesn’t know or speak ENGLISH at ALL!
This is just downright UNACCEPTABLE, and INCONVENIENCING! The absolute WORST...
