McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I love this McDonald's! It's my favorite go-to place to relax. It's peaceful and clean. I am here right now and it's smells nice and there's no loud or foul language. The Customer service is sublime. The Staff, though overly busy, have always helped me and given me the utmost respect and the hotest freshest food! Shout out to the whole McDonald's team and a special shout out to the maintenance team, I know you all work extremely hard non stop. Shout out to Mrs. Marie, JT, Ms. Frannie, Shane, Peter, and all of my sweet senoritas who speak very little English, yet are very sweet and always helpful! They all have ALWAYS been professional and always working hard. I'd also love to give my most heartfelt shout out to Rachael! She is THEE BEST most sweetest and overly accommodating to the customers AND her co-workers! She's beyond respectful, helpful, and is always ready to help anyone who comes to her for assistance. She is not only a manager who works non stop once she clocks in, but I've also witnessed her being a protector, a therapist, a confidant, a mother, a good friend, a good advisor, and a defender TO AND FOR HER CUSTOMERS! YES, her customers!

Lastly, I give my warmest shout out THEE BEST BOSS I've ever came across, Carlos Fernandez! He's always calm, cool, and collected. He's always professional, very well dressed, and is always ready to assist me and others with the best customer care and service! I love, love, love, you all! Thank you all for giving me a place to chill, eat, mingle, relax, and sometimes even sleep!💯 Keep up the good work my fellow Jamaica Aveian's!...

I had to use the bathroom it was an emergency and the security guards that were on duty at the time were extremely unprofessional I tried to explain to them that I had an emergency I needed to use the bathroom so I wouldn't have an accident the lady security was very abusive she pushed me I am disabled she was trying to throw me out then she went outside to get her partner so when I was doing my business the male security guard had is Billy club raised it to threaten to hit me with it he reached over the door in the stall to unlock it to open it up and I closed it and locked it kept telling them I will buy something after I get out they both violated me by coming into the stall while I was urinating the female security guard pulled out a knife and threatened to cut me up I tried to record the 2 security guards she threatened to grab my phone and smash it I walked out and called 911 the police responded very quickly and I told them everything that happened and they said that if they don't find it on the video camera they could lock me up so the police told me they just want meto leave so I did They need to fire them it was abuse of power they are not the police they did cross the line there need to be some consequences for the actions of those two security guards I will never step into that...

Worst McDonald's I've been to. No cash because they had no coins. Had to order at kiosk which didn't work well enough to accept payments. So had to pay at the register but order at a kiosk. Garbage covering the whole floor. Took almost 30 minutes to get three burgers and three small fries. While waiting in line I heard them say they had no sweet tea, No shakes, No cookies, No ice cream, No fish patties, No barbecue sauce. They also left the refrigerator open that had the milk in it for the little kids meals. Like wide open. For the entire time. I was there. Six people walked by it but no one closed it. They had a guy return his fries and ask for new ones because he said they heard his tooth when he bit them and they were completely hard and burnt. He waited almost 20 minutes of the time. I was there just to get new fries and when they did drop new fries and get them out they gave them to people who had come in after him instead of replacing his order first and they made him wait there. Just the worst situation I have ever encountered. I think the only thing they could have made it worse was if they found a body part in the food. Too many other things to mention but definitely would not go there again even if I was...
