Mocha — Restaurant in New York

Very nice atmosphere but I will never go back!!! The man who took my order spoke about 25% English. He took about 20 minutes to complete a very simple order. What I ordered should have came out to $5.50 according to the menu and he tried to charge me more than that. I had to take another 3 minutes trying to get the correct price. Now most places that make smoothies put ice in it... well mine was warm because he did not. Also the food item that I order was far from what I found in my bag. Now normally if I had time I would have fixed everything on the spot or went back but that was not the case this morning. I then called the shop to speak to a manager when I was told that he didn’t come in for another few hours. To be completely honest. With the service I got here I could have just went to a local corner deli and actually received what I ordered in...

I am almost never in this area but I am getting my car fixed nearby and decided to try the food here. I love this place it is cheap...

really yummy juice and snack options. coffee was delicious, not too acidic....
