On Saturday, September 10 I was a customer at the liberty Avenue store when I saw an employee by the name of Savi yelling at an elderly customer for hanging the clothes wrong. The elderly woman hands was shaking. I felt so sorry for her. I couldn’t believe this employee was harassing this elderly woman yelling at her and embarrassing her in front of other customer, this same employee I have witnessed her being nasty to other customers but I never say anything I would just ignore her, but this time it’s breaking my heart to see this elderly woman so afraid of her. Dresses and prices are given 5star ratings, but that Indian woman that cashes, I don’t know if she’s the manager or what, but she’s very rude, I don’t know what her problem is, it’s not even 7:15 and came rushing me to leave, talking me that it’s late and they are closed already!
