Niko Coffee + more — Restaurant in New York

Bought a cannelé bordeaux from the cafe and it was rubbery and tasteless. Politely asked the staff if it was meant to taste like this but I was told that was how it was, despite my multiple attempts to tell them it did not taste anything similar to what I had before while showing them a google photo of it.

I was given another cannele and it tasted even more dry and rubbery, and when I complained again, the staff laughed and told his manager that I was comparing it to a google photo. Manager raised his voice and rudely offered a beignet, without offering any apology.

Very very expensive and poor quality. I’ve never seen that. One mini croissant or mini pain au chocolat 2$. Even in Paris or in Geneva there are no scam like this. And It’s not even a french bakery. For real, if a French enter this place he/she will have a heart attack. What a shame for French culture and cuisine. My cupcake (more than 4 dollars) was dryyyyy and tasted like box cake, probably made more than three days ago (and I am being nice saying that). And it was 9 am and no hot chocolate ??? I mean… better go to another place because you are going to...

Worst service to date from the front desk girl with the tattoo on her arm. I ordered my latte well ahead in line and she starts serving everyone in queue. I politely asked ‘Hi if my latte was ready too’ and she had the audacity to scoff at me and told me 'it's coming!' I always used to go there but her attitude is always the worst. They frequently screw up your order and if you ask them to correct it all hell breaks loose.

Will definitely not go here again not getting...
