This review is about sustainability only!

I would love to see more explicit communication from the servers, either by word-of-mouth, or through signage, that encourages customers who are dining in to utilize reusable mugs and drinkware. Scanning the room it feels like that messaging is unclear, as half the people have reusable mugs, and the other are drinking out of throwaway single used plastics.

Perhaps by simply and specifically asking someone if they are going to be dining in, you can then make a point to give them a reusable. I see no reason that people who are dining in or working from this location should create so much waste in the process when they don’t need to.

I so appreciate that you have reusable options in the first place, as many cafés in this area do not. But as a neighborhood on the waterfront, I would love to see just a bit more intention and communication to encourage greener behavior and output!

By 2050 we will have more plastic in the ocean than fish, and when only about 5% of the plastic we produce and consume gets recycled, it is on the individual and the establishment to reestablish better norms.

Thank you for considering how to encourage the better option for your customers. Plastics are hurting us all, let’s work to avoid them in the first place!

This is a lovely space and I can’t wait...

Pan Pan is one of my absolute favorite spots in the neighborhood! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating, you can tell they are really passionate about the food and making the experience great for every customer. They are always coming up with new pastries with the most incredible, unique flavors and everything is always so fresh. The breakfast sandwich with bacon is so good - I also love their sesame chocolate chip cookie and any of their savory pastries - they’re to die for!

They are also open for dinner Thurs,Fri, Sat, and have a great selection of wine, incredible pizza, and some great small plates. Another perk - I sometimes stop by while on a walk with my corgi and they are always so welcoming and even have freshly made treats 🥰 they’re...

My absolute favorite neighborhood bakery! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly baked goods and the warm smiles of the friendly staff. Their selection is incredible—flaky croissants, perfectly baked bread, and the most decadent pastries you’ll ever taste. Whether I’m grabbing a morning coffee and a pastry or picking up a special treat for a celebration, everything is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a sweet moment. A true local gem that never disappoints! And it turns into a wine bar in...

Haven’t been here for wine yet so this review is only for the Pan Pan side. This bakery is soooo good! They have a good variety of sweet and savory pastries, some of which are very creative seasonal flavors. They also carry some tasty focaccias later in the morning. Their guava pastry is probably my favorite baked good in the neighborhood. I don’t love their coffee but to be fair they market themselves as a bakery, not a coffee shop, and I’ve never found a bakery with great coffee so I can forgive that. It’s good enough though if I need a caffeine hit and don’t want to make multiple stops.
