good but it can be great

went here for my first time after a colleague recommended me one of the smoothies. My family and I have gotten from here in the past let me be clear it IS NOT THE STAFF as the staff are great IT IS NOT THE ATMOSPHERE as it is also great or its selection as they do their best to cater to all. I gotten the Norman smoothie while it was amazing and would get it again its a little pricy for a small. Trust me when I say I do not like leaving negative reviews and I understand everything no a days are high due to inflation and the money covers the place and keeps the restaurant running believe me i do understand but why is it so high?

I chose to leave a high review and be nice to this restaurant because my family and I have bought from this location a lot and we love it all and I am a Williamsburg Brooklyn Native and this is one of our go to spots and we recommended this place to people every time without a doubt but I feel that $10 plus tax for a small smoothie is a bit overkill.

To Bagel point I hope this review did not make a bad impression as my family and i support you a lot (hence the reason why I chose to give a generous 3 star unlike some people who gives just one star reviews) nor did it ruin the reputation both are not my intentions of the review

I was so extremely excited to try the food here because halal places are so hard to come by and so I made the hour trip to pick up the food. We ordered a French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese, a rainbow bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese and a chicken pa sand which (as shown in the picture). The waiting experience was fine and we were handed our order in about 10 minutes but we made the mistake of trusting that they gave us the correct items. After making the hour trip home, we come home to see the wrong bagels and I was so heart broken. I would understand if it was extremely busy or if they just put in the wrong bagels with the correct cream cheese order but these orders don’t even resemble our order and was clearly someone else’s order. The fact that I made a 2 hour trip just to find out we didn’t even get the food we wanted was heart breaking and I’m sure there’s someone else that was handed out order and felt the exact same way. The entire trip was such a waste of our time, money, and gas. The one star I for the chicken parm sandwich they did manage to get right but it’s safe to say that I’ll never go back because they’ll just get my order wrong again. Bagels Bagels Bagels Bagels and more Bagels. This shop takes bagels seriously! They even make croissant bagels! They call them Cragels, they are so so good. They also have specialty cream cheeses! You can order food online, over the phone, in person on a screen, or at the counter. So suffice to say it is a very well done bagel shop. I highly recommend. The only thing I dislike is the wait. But that's expected because it's a Saturday and it's a very popular place. They have some outdoor seating which is excellent. It's excellent because it's very busy quite often and this allows you to chill outside of Bagel Point while waiting for your delicious bagels.
