Panini Grill — Restaurant in New York

Look and smell your food before you eat it. My Order was wrong, i ask for a Quesadilla and got a Panini but that was not the problem. I started eating it anyway and it smell so bad, i decided to open it and look inside and it had spoiled Bacon. The smell was so bad i feel sick after. I contacted the Restaurant and they denied every single word they even told me that what i was eating was not a Panini and that it was a quesadilla. i order this food around 1 am so i dont know how old this food was. Panini Grill was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed the moment we walked in. We waited an absurd amount of time for our food only to receive cold, tasteless sandwiches that tasted like they were thrown together carelessly. The ingredients did not taste fresh at all and the bread was stale. The whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained, which made the experience even worse. The Panini Grill is not far from my apartment in New York City. The food is always fresh; the fresh protein shakes are amazing. I just realized, when I ordered at 7am in the morning, that it is open 24 hours! There is no other cafe or diner in this area open round the clock. Wonderful menu selections. The prices are not outrageous as they are at the Madison diner, just one block away. And the service at Panini is cheerful, not begrudging. Please order from here so that they stay open. Highly...
