THE COUPLE • The mark of any truly incredible Italian restaurant is when you walk through the door and all of the customers are speaking Italian😍🙌🏼❤️ #Amore 😋 • THE COOKBOOK • Panzerotti Salame😻 . Panzerotti Artichoke (Seriously though... WOW❤️) . Gourmet Crudo de Parma🙌🏼 . Gourmet Pistachio (You'll want two💥) . Sweet Oreo😍 • THE CHEF • “Our goal was to bring Italian authenticity and the Panzerotti, which is a famous Apulian dish, to New York. We source most of our ingredients directly from Italy. For example our flour is from Apulia, the company literally started shipping to the USA for us. The olive oil is from Pasquale’s hometown and it takes four weeks to get here, but it's all worth it. For us compromising is not an option. If I don’t like it I won’t sell it. We wanted to create the same Panzerotti you can get in Bari, Apulia, and even better. I became a pizza maker, because getting the perfect dough is crucial. We make our own dough and keep it in the fridge for 48 hours so that the yeast can rise. This makes our Panzerottis easily digestible and not as heavy as normal pizza dough. . We just opened one month and three days ago and we still can’t believe it. We’ve always believed that New York needed this cuisine, but we are surprised by how people have fallen in love with our Panzerottis. Our customers commonly try our food and come back with family and friends. We even have Italian tourists coming here! Having many Italian customers means a lot to us, because they know how it tastes back in Italy and appreciate the authenticity. . Looking forward, we were thinking about offering a special of the week. This week for example we created a Panzerotti made with nettle dough. We have been blessed by how people have accepted our idea. Just yesterday we ran out of dough by the end of the night which was an overwhelming feeling. For us this is a dream come true, maybe at some point it will feel real.” ~ Vittoria and Pasquale (Owner/Chefs @PanzerottiBites)

What a gem! This place is truly spectacular. We stumbled upon Panzerotti and it turned out to be one of the best food experiences we’ve had in Brooklyn. The panzerotti themselves are simply divine — each bite bursts with flavor but never feels heavy. If you’re looking for something indulgent yet balanced, satisfying yet light, this is the place. We tried several: mortadella (an absolute standout — one of the best bites I’ve had in NYC), prosciutto, salami, and porcini. All of them were incredible in their own way. The ingredients are fresh, thoughtfully combined, and clearly made with love. But what truly elevates this experience is the people behind it. The space is run by a young couple — warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. The service is exceptional, and the vibe is genuine. You immediately feel like you’ve been invited into an Italian home. The minimalist decor, which they designed themselves, adds just the right amount of charm — cozy, clean, and full of character. Their curated selection of wines and beers pairs beautifully with the food and completes the experience. If you’re looking for a meal that feeds your soul as much as your appetite, come to Panzerotti. It’s not just food — it’s family, it’s flavor, it’s joy. Thank you to the team for creating something so special. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’re telling everyone we know.

I love Italian food but have not been exposed to enough authentic cuisine so I decided to give this restaurant a try. The space is small but it very much feels like you're at home. It is an intimate space which I like. The person who helped me place my order, who I think is the onwer, was beyond pleasurable! So kind and took out the time to explain some of the items on the menu. He was very warm and had a welcoming smile. Each Panzerotti cost between $7.80-$9.90 ish. The dough is hand made and fresh, you can tell as soon as you open your container. It glistens like it is covered in superfine sugar crystals😋Then with the first bite there is this delicious aroma of cheese and tomato that hits your face and the heat that escapes from it confirms the freshness. I tried the Classic and the one with Truffle Mushrooms...I forget the name. The classic is definitely my favorite! I really like the cheese flavor in the one with the mushrooms it is totally different. And the mushrooms are cooked too perfection. The only thing I wish was that they had a variety mini bites cup option where maybe you can choose up to 4 different types for like $7. It would be a nice option to try the different Panzerotti's on the menu. I will definitely be back again for a bite😋And if you are reading this on the fence about it, you should come try!
