I went to order a take out during my half hour break and they told me it will take 20 min to prepare my food. I ordered spaghetti with shrimp and I wondered why so long but I did not say anything. After 27 min of waiting I stood up to ask how much longer would it take and everybody started to ignore me. One lady looked at me and said 5 more minutes. I told her I didn't have 5 more minutes because my break was over and I have to go back to work. I asked them to deliver my food to my workplace which is literally only a minute away but 20 min later my food was still not there. I regret paying them right away because at this point I don't think I even want it anymore! So, after an hour and 10 min of waiting I lost my temper and I called and asked to speak to the manager. She was really rude and she told me that the guy came to my workplace and nobody opened the door. I thought that was funny because I am in charge of opening the doors and I also have cameras so I asked her if she wanted to come and see the cameras to make sure I wasn't lying. After another 10 min I went to the restaurant and asked for a refund because at that point I didn't even want it anymore. But they refunded me and gave me the food. It seems that the delivery guy went to the wrong location. Owner or manager apologized. Now about the food! It was more a soup than a sauce, pasta was overcooked and clams were extremely chewy and fishy. All of it was too salty and I couldn't even finish it no matter how hungry I was. Altogether, I am very disappointed and will never go...
Read moreThis place has good food but their customer service is horrible. When placing an order throught the phone or even inside they have an attitude like you are bothering them or wasting their time. We used to order weekly and spend at least between $40 and $50 however we refuse to give this business our money anymore. They are employees and we don't expect to have our behinds kissed but some manners go a long way. At the end of the day it is their job and should be grateful that business is abundant. Until they have a change in attitude we will be going somewhere else where at least a basic greeting isn't a waste of time for them.
Read morethe food is amazing but i was just a bit thrown off and concerned about the service we received, if you don’t speak Spanish they can care less about you. They dont acknowledge you and you can be standing directly in front of them. I was there recently and I came in happy and smiling to try the restaurant. I felt very discriminated against and non existent customer even with me being nothing but happy and enthused since this is my first time coming into this location.
We had to ask to be serviced. We also paid for the food which was $31 dollars we should have received changed back after giving the host $40. We had to ask for change the host never bring the change back to the table. She stated it’s only 9 dollars left.
To sum it up the food is good but if you’re not part of the restaurant culture you will feel very much out of place and...
