Pizza Factory — Restaurant in New York

This place is a complete disappointment. I ordered over the phone, and the worker told me 20 minutes. When I arrived, the place was completely empty, and they hadn’t even started to make my pies. They actually told me that someone walked in 10 min after I made the call to order and placed an order for 4 pies. Which has nothing to do with the order I place before them. When the pies came out of the oven, she proceeded to give it to the person she told me came after me!! Then they rushed my pies, and they were half cooked. I’m completely upset with this place. I heard a lot of things, and they were right; this is a terrible...

The plain slice is so bad I won't go back again, having tried it twice now. Cardboard crust and bland everything else, like midtown deli pizza. This place just opened yet still it manages to be drab, dark, hot and stuffy. The other dishes sit out for hours in a steam table. Not good at all.

EDITED to respond to the "owner's" remarks: Just for you I went back again and had two slices. Still very unremarkable but better than last time. There was also finally some fresh air to breathe so I raised my rating from 2...

Don't have a bar if you don't have a bartender! I come here sometimes because it's the only place near my work where I can have a beer with lunch, but it's a hassle. There's no bartender, so you have to order from the counter even if you want to sit at the bar. You have to just tell the cashier if you want a beer, and she'll eventually send someone over to pour it whenever they can break away from the kitchen. Pizza is decent....
