UPDATE I have changed my 2 stars to 5 after speaking with the manager on the phone (and he also responded to my previous review). He apologized for the way the situation was handled and assured me that this was not the way they aspire to handle their business. I appreciate the time he took to speak to me and to respond to my previous review and as a result, I will be ordering from them again. This is absolutely the kind of customer service I highly value. I've been a frequent customer, ordering at least 2 - 3 days a week for months now. The food is actually pretty tasty and I was especially fond of their lemonade (couldn't get enough of it). But today, while the order I placed was written correctly, one of the sandwiches that was delivered was incorrect and the lemonade was weak and pretty terrible. This wouldn't usually prompt me to write a 2 star review, but the person who answered the phone when I called to address the issues was just plain rude. When I told him about the incorrect sandwich, he sounded annoyed that I was bothering him with such a trivial matter and basically blew it off and blamed it on his boss who took the order (he was not going to replace it with the item I actually ordered). When I asked him what he was going to do about the lemonade, he said that if he delivered a new one it would be the same, so he wasn't going to replace that either (he said that a new one would taste the same). When I then asked for a refund, he told me that if I wanted a refund but he was going to have to come and pick up the old one (no skin off my nose, the lemonade sucked but he was pretty obnoxious about it). I will not be purchasing from this store again (unfortunate because the food is usually good) all because of the way I was treated. Customer service matters.,, at least it...

I used to work across the street as a security guard. I would come to get breakfast from them every morning as soon as they open. The food was always great and it still is. I admit two years ago I gave them a slightly bad review because of the cooks attitude. However they all have improved so much that I had to do a new review and erase the old one giving them five stars. If you are looking for a warm breakfast this is the place to stop if you're in the neighborhood. Today I got my usual blueberry muffin but I also purchased the baked fish with the mashed. We ordered this morning for 3 order and waited an hour and half for the food. They only brought 2 orders. My order which is the image provided was received like you see. The actual aluminum container was smashed. We understand that there is a morning rush, but after calling multiple times and say it will arrive in 2-3 minutes and 20 minutes later it's still not here and MISSING AN COMPLETE ORDER.
