Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New York

NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could I would give them 0 stars.Placed my order today at 7:30pm and the got a text saying it was out for delivery at 7:57. Called them to check my order status at 8:50 and Chad asked for the number that placed the order then put me on hold for 30 mins. Then I called from another phone and he picked up immediately and said to hold on while he checks. AGAIN placed on hold for another 20 minutes. Then called back and asked to change my order for pickup now being 9:25. I get to the store to ask about my order. I was told my food got cold and their making it over after it being said it was out for delivery. Employees are in the back joking around while more customers were coming in complaining about the long wait for there orders also.Finally get my order at 10:25 check and food is missing!! Chad goes to the back and asked about our order #127 Then Chad (front cashier/receptionist) says that they ran out of pasta and kept saying they substituted it for another pizza which I did not want, and gave it back to them. I asked about the delivery fee and refund being put back on my card which it hasn’t. Get it together,...

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered pickup and waited 45mins before I went to get it. a young red dye hair girl behind the counter ignores me. she then walks away to be on stand by for the phone. she does this without saying a word to me, even though im at the counter asking for her attention. I figure she is not the counter girl but nobody comes to the counter and no one seems to care as they all pass right by and im trying to get their attention. I asked a delivery boy coming in about the order, he says ok but I don't see him again. red hair girl comes back to counter after about 15 min. She takes my phone number to find the order then walks away again, I ask for a status, she tells me that is what shes doing. I do not even know what that means. I don't think they even made the order. shes goes back to the phone without saying a word. Im there about 35min now when this is just suppose to be a pick up also i made zero progress since i been there. I have no clue whats going on with the order. I decided the whole experience was not worth the $40...

I paid for my order by Apple Pay and someone with the same name as me came in and was given my order. I had to outside to get her and then was accused of not paying when I showed them my Apple Pay payment. Then was told I had to reimburse the other lady because they charged her my amount. I told her I didn’t think she paid first off all because you didn’t give her a receipt and she couldn’t find the payment from her card and I’m NOT reimbursing her, YOU have to reimburse her!!!!! She ordered 2 personal pizzas and traditional wings. She said her order was $10.00. How? When my order was: I ordered the $7.00 lovers special: medium pizza with pepperoni and the boneless wings mild and my total was $17.42. My order number was #3240521130232001433036933 And I didn’t get my free soda because she said you get one before a certain time of day. I was very disappointed by this experience and won’t revisit this store location. Monique and her coworker who works the register was very disrespectful and accusing me of non payment.
