Everyone goes to Philly for a cheesesteak but we all know it's the Italian Pork that is the real deal. However I love a great cheesesteak, I've had many from many places I including the tourist traps and back corner shacks but why should I drive to Philly to have one when I can drive 15mins to Mill Basin and get me one of the best I've had in a long long time. I've been trying to get down to Brooklyn Beef N' Cheese for about a year but evertime I get ready to go I get redirected. BUT NOT THIS TIME! I made sure I was going and getting a cheesesteak no matter what, I got in greeted by wonderful friendly Staff I believe she was Lisa set up my order, then I met Jesse had a blast talking to him, got my order pretty fast though I was in no rush. I ordered a cheesesteak, sliders, corn nuggets and onion rings, they were piping hot, in my car on the way home the smell of the food had me rushing home. My wife unpacks everything and we were very very pleased with both our orders. The cheesesteak was perfectly packed bread was soft, meat was tender, the onions and peppers cooked soft and melted with the meat and cheese. The first bite to last bite was tasty, juicy and savory, I only wanted to eat half but noooo kept right on going which is why I don't any pics to post. The sliders they were not disappointing they were larger than I expected, bread was soft and the patties were cooled perfect with melted cheese. My wife attacked them which is why I don't have pictures of them, you'd think we never at before. She was very happy with them and declared... "I'll go back and buy these again and what's this I hear about Thursday?". The onion rings were nice and crunchy not greasy not soggy but nice, those corn nuggets now there is something we need to talk about because I almost ate them all and I can't eat like that anymore. Now I need to walk for 20mins because this meal was a knockout I feel the laziness knocking better hit SAVE before I can't...
Read moreFinally, I decided to give this place a try after seeing multiple videos of this place on social media. It's truly a little hidden gem in the mill basin area of Brooklyn. The first thing we notice is that there was a tent set up outside giving out samples of mini cheesecakes. We sampled the Oreo and strawberry cheesecake, which were really good. Now, onto the restaurant itself. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the owner. This place has a small little area that can accommodate a maximum of 2-3 people to sit and eat. Everything on the menu sounded good. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, sweet chili wings, chopped cheese sandwich, onion rings, and French fries. Chopped cheese was bursting with flavors and cheesy. I liked how we have the option to have the chopped cheese on a hero or as sliders. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. I loved the onion rings they were nice and crispy, and the coating had a nice flavor to it. Don't forget the onion ring sauce. It compliments the onion ring very well. French fries were nice and crispy and very tasty with their seasoning. Sweet chili wings were delicious. Wings were nice and crispy with just the right amount of sweet chili sauce on it. The wings were glistening. We stood talking to the owner while our food was being made. The owner is a super nice guy. He even gave us free pizza to try, which was delicious. This place takes pride in the food they are putting out. Don't forget to order a mini cheesecake to go with your order. They are delicious. I would have like to see a cheese fries option or a side of nacho cheese sauce as an option. Other than that, the menu is great, and the food is delicious. Can't...
