Q Q Star — Restaurant in New York

I frequent this restaurant when I wondered. But today I only had an appetite for an egg roll. I didn't like the coloring it looked re-cooked. And too much oil in it. I broke it open to find a hr like gristle from a chicken inside. I returned to the restaurant to explain what happened and to order some Lo mein, at first there was no understanding of my complaint and the lady owner explained they buy the egg roll from another person or business. okay first when I called the restaurant they took forever taking down my number and my address( about 5 minutes). Then they told me that they'll call me right back. Which took a while. Then when they called me back I had to tell them my address again then out of no where switched the lady that was i speaking to. The food was terrible, she didn't even close the containers properly and all of the lo mein fell out. My boyfriend said the chicken tasted terrible. The wait was extremely long just to even order for some people I saw walk in to grab online pick ups, our wait to get the food was long, there were posters with dead flies stuck to the tape right in front of the tiny table for eating.
