I wasn’t sure what car I wanted, given my lifestyle—having two small kids, commuting to Long Island for work, and needing something spacious, fuel-efficient, reliable, and comfortable at a great price. I knew I wanted a Honda, but I wasn’t sure which model would be the best fit.
I first started working with JP at Honda Bay Ridge around November-December 2024, and from the start, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right car. We went back and forth as he showed me multiple options—from the Accord Hybrid to the CR-V Sport and Hybrid—really taking the time to understand my needs. Robert, one of the sales managers, was also involved in the process, helping JP guide me through my decision. At one point, I told them I wanted to check out another dealership, but JP consistently followed up with me every week, checking in on my car goals without ever making me feel pressured.
It was this level of care and dedication from JP and Robert that kept me coming back to this dealership. By mid-February, I knew I needed to make a final decision, and as I was still weighing my options, Jorge stepped in and suggested the Honda Prologue. Based on everything I had shared about my lifestyle and needs, he thought it could be the perfect match—and he was right! I ultimately went with the Prologue Touring, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
I’ve now been driving my Prologue for a month, and it’s hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. I usually experience some level of buyer’s remorse after big purchases, but not this time—I love this car! Honda even gave me EVgo credit, but I haven’t needed to use it much because charging has been so convenient. At work, I can leave it plugged in for the day, and by the time I leave, it’s fully charged. I typically only need to charge twice a week, and the car’s efficiency is incredible. While the official range is 291 miles, I’ve found that using One-Pedal Mode and driving efficiently can stretch it to around 327 miles—truly amazing.

Read moreOn Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, I brought my 2017 Honda Pilot in for service at Bay Ridge Honda. As always, I was warmly greeted by Susan Jogie, who sets the tone with her friendliness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I learned my warranty had expired, so the repairs were costly. While there, I started browsing the website and saw a car in my price range, which led me back to the dealership on Saturday, August 16th.
That’s when I met Stephanie Rivera, and she turned what could have been a stressful experience into an amazing one. She instantly made me feel comfortable, listened to my story, and empathized with my situation. She was extremely knowledgeable—she had researched the car ahead of time and even taught me details I didn’t know. Her patience and professionalism stood out, especially since I was nervous about moving from a paid-off car back into monthly payments.
In the end, I purchased my second vehicle from Bay Ridge Honda, this time with a warranty. Stephanie guided me every step of the way, kept me updated on both my new car and my old Pilot in service, and even had the running boards I wanted ordered and installed the very next day (in just 15 minutes!). She’s also incredibly responsive—she even answered my text on a Sunday while off-duty. That kind of dedication is rare and shows how much she cares about her customers.
When it came time to finalize everything, I met with Business Manager Asad Basha, who impressed me with his state-of-the-art smart board desk. He walked me through customizing my payments, showing in real time how adding or removing services would affect my monthly cost. It made the process transparent, easy, and stress-free.
I’ve worked in hospitality for over 15 years, so I know true customer service when I see it. Bay Ridge Honda provides it across the board. From Susan’s warm greeting to Stephanie’s unmatched dedication, to Asad’s professionalism, the entire team makes you feel valued. The showroom itself is welcoming too—I even saw families being offered pizza while their kids happily explored cars.
I was so pleased with my experience that I joked with Stephanie: “If I ever win the Powerball, I’m buying all my friends and family cars from Bay Ridge Honda!” That’s how much trust and confidence I have in this dealership.

Read moreAfter months of car shopping with my son for his first car, and months of frustration with other dealerships, I walked into Bay Ridge Honda and very quickly felt a positive vibe here. We were greeted by Nourdine once arriving, and he was incredibly helpful and understanding of our past experiences. It was like he went out of his way to make sure we would only have a pleasant experience here, and we sure did. The first thing that pleasantly surprised me was that the online price of the vehicle we were interested in was the actual price. Every other place we went to had a price online, but when you arrive, they tell you that the fine print of the advertisement stated that would be the price if you put 25% or 10% down. This was a huge deal because now my son could put down what he planned, with the price he had in mind online, which made the car much more affordable for him. On the insurance side, Constantine was so immensely helpful when helping us find the best rate on insurance, and being that an 18-year-old was being added, he and another agent gave helpful advice to give our family some peace of mind. Everything was going so smoothly, and once it was time to make it to the finance manager, I was a little nervous for unanticipated surprises, but Dave was also so genuine and honest. He didn't try to push anything on us, just gave us our options and let us choose what we thought was best. They didn't even add the fees that most places add on. Some places we went to added thousands of dollars of other fees, and when sitting with Dave I couldn't believe that I didn't see any of that being added. Our whole experience at Bay Ridge Honda was a complete 180 from everyone else we experienced, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Thank you, Nourdine, Constantine and Dave for your patience, honesty and genuine care in helping my son not only stay within his budget, but end up under the amount he was able to spend. I appreciate everyone so much, and at the end when we all shook hands, I was so grateful that I secretly wanted to give everyone a hug. When I am ready to trade in my car, I will not hesitate to take the long drive out to Brooklyn, so that I can have another great experience with these amazing and caring...
