Just now, a little while ago I had a pick up from here, and I would like to say how much I miss the previous manager. The beautiful lady that used to be the manager before this new manager of a few months.
She used to know the process of how delivery apps work, but this new manager is in violation of labor laws.
To this manager, "professionalism" in employees or contractors is probably total submission to him.
I tried to have a talk with him, in a professional sense, but he didn't even hear me out but has the audacity to give me "unprofessional" in rating.
Delivery apps doesn't require businesses to see if someone marked "confirmation" because even after doing so food still can be stolen.
But telling independent contractors what to do is in violation of labor laws, I was trying to educate him but he didn't want to listen as he lacks professionalism.
So, you gave me a thumbs down for not even stealing food, but having a conversation but never a thumbs up for all those deliveries I did, understood and thanks.
I would have loved to leave you guys a 5 star review with photos, because I only buy from places that I have a comfortable experience in picking up. But I guess this 1 star review now will be permanent.

Prices are around what you would expect for the neighborhood (which is to say high given that it's a pretty upscale place), and service is friendly if a bit disorganized. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that the pastas I've had here have varied a bit in quality (I've gotten a bad batch or two) and because it suffers a bit in comparison to L'Industre nearby (which is my favorite pizza place in the city). That said, I still heartily recommend this place, and I order here...
