My friend & I tried to get pedicures today and the experience was not friendly. First, the doors were locked when we got there but there were people inside getting their nails done. I am assuming they closed the doors because there were two men outside the salon and one was passed out drunk. Then, when someone finally opened the door, we asked if they had any availability for two pedicures and a lady flat out told us “no” after looking at the clock. It was only 1:30pm and their store info says it closes at 8:00pm. She gave us no explanation and no apology. It was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I will definitely not be returning here again.

I really wanted to give this nail salon a higher rating because of the hard work the women go through. I went here in October 2022 and again in April 2023 and both times the nail technician made my fingers or toes bleed. My big toes are inflamed and very uncomfortable with how much skin was cut off. I appreciate the technician putting Neosporin on the cuts but I will not be going here again.

I was charged $46 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure which is normally $61, maybe because of the mishap. I appreciate the small business and their ability to work efficiently. There is also a short shoulder massage at the end. My appointment took just under 1.5 hours.

Adding on 5/2 that the owner called me and apologized for the care and offered a free Mani and Pedi in the future. Lovely...

The first time I came here it was a nice experience. Today was my second visit and I was not pleased. My skin is cut up, she was rough on my feet. The nail polish must be old because it didn't dry. 4 hours after manicure and the polish smudged and wrinkled. However, my daughter had a different person who gave her a gel manicure and she was very happy with the work done and said it was one of her better gel manicures she has had. UPDATE: Since posting this review REM Nails contacted me and heard my concerns. They offered options for resolution. REM showed they care about their work and clients. Perhaps my situation...
